Good experience purchasing the furniture with PK and Mary, but delivery could have been better. Movers were nice and very upfront but used wrong color finish to repair a crack (before delivery) and caused several dings on another piece. They let me know both issues. They came back next day to try to refinish one item. Karen, the manager, contacted me promptly to help further. I will continue to be a stickley customer and supporter.

Can't say enough good things about our experience working with Becky Clough at Stickley. We presented her with an interesting problem: furnishing the living room of an 1876 hunting lodge, honoring its past withou ignoring modern functionality. She was exceptionally quick to catch our vision and quickly demonstrated her considerable skills as an interior designer to assist us with selection of appropriate area rug and furnishings. Her fine art background is evident in her ability to analyze color and scale as well as furniture placement and flow in a room. Her knowledge of available product and upholstery options was remarkable. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with her. She is the perfect complement to a furniture company known for more than a century of making the highest quality furniture. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the best furniture.

SO disappointed in our delivery service. We paid $7000 for a sofa from Stickley. We told the delivery people (contracted by Stickley) that it was going into storage for a month or two until our new home is ready. They showed up with the sofa at storage, and it was not wrapped or protected in any way!!! The sofa is cream-colored. They put it in storage and left. We asked if they could wrap it for protection, and we were told no. We now have to wrap the sofa ourselves. After paying $7000!! I've gotten much cheaper furniture delivered in plastic for protection. This is ridiculous and disappointing.

Terrible clueless customer service. For repairs they provided two firms one 80 miles away who blew us off and a local who laughed and said they don't work on recliners.

Just left the store at 5:15pm. One associate was sleeping on one of the mattresses and not a soul even acknowledged our presence in the store. We walked the showroom for nearly 15 minutes. Exceptionally disappointing.

We purchased a very expensive Hancock and Moore couch that arrived with damage to the leather. Our salesperson was nearly impossible to get a hold of after delivery to schedule repairs and the repairs were unsatisfactory. We have since been unable to get a hold of our salesperson again to rectify this. Buyer beware here.

They were great at ordering furniture and taking our money. Their customer service since is awful. No explanation for multiple delays, failure to send swatches in a timely manner. Once they get your money they kick you to the curb.

They were great when we bought. But they were terrible since then. They failed to send swatches despite our requests and they failed to explain any reason for multiple delays. Promised 6 months on a sectional which became 8 months and then 10 months (only because I called to ask where it was). When I asked why the delays, they said "because that is how things are" and referred me to the manufacturer for details.

After being cancelled twice by the company now doing Stickley furniture delivery, the same day as the deliveries were scheduled, I called Rita in a tiff. She got on it right away and arranged for another delivery company to get my furniture here before I start an extended trip. The guys came today..the same guys who delivered furniture once before. They were professional, careful and accommodating! Why are they using a shoddy delivery company on a regular basis instead of this efficient company they used to do business with. Better think about it Stickley. But, kudus to Rita!!!

PK has provided excellent customer service with no pressure. The furniture is a fine example of beautiful, quality craftsmanship that you cannot find anywhere else. We are so happy to have found this store as it really fits our style and expectations of quality.
