I bought my first truck from Springs Automotive Group and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for! Shana was the one who helped me through the entire buying process and was very supportive. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a new vehicle, this is the place to go.

Hasn't refunded my deposit for an unsafe truck they intended to sell me. Would love to speak with the owner.I am owed more than my deposit for the inconvenience. They were not able to guarantee I receive my money without driving over an hour to Denver, despite checks and my card information being available. Unfortunate that I must change my rating.Kevin was wonderful, genuinely. Pay him more.Update: Owner, as you know, my name is Rain. Do not call me that. You are lying and the USPS has told me you need to provide me a tracking number if you have already mailed it 3 days ago. This is a huge amount of money to withhold. I can drive to Denver, I better not have to.

Terrible dealership! Sold my wife a Jeep Wrangler with over 100k miles on it only to have a radiator leak, bad O2 sensor, and an engine oil leak. She was sold on a warranty that doesn't even apply to a vehicle with over 100k miles. The bogus warranty company is a joke and will only cover the O2 sensor. When talking to Dan, figured he was doing us a favor by having my wife come out of pocket $700 for an $1800 estimate for repairs. Then it somehow magically jumped to $2800. Especially when my wife has been bringing her Jeep in with problems since she bought it in May. She has only driven it 2000 miles and they said it's her fault! Really Dan! Why would there be a warranty sold that didn't cover anything for vehicles over 100k. Did I mention that the car was sold with no title and this will be the 3rd set of tags! Do not buy here!!!!

A truly terrible business. You can check my other reviews and see that I don’t say this lightly. Springs Automotive sold me a lemon and all of the managers have treated me worse than the dirt under their shoes. I’m in debt for the first time in my life with a car that barely runs thanks to SAG. Alan, Shana, and Dan are the worst group of managers I’ve ever experienced with zero professionalism, customer service skills, or human decency. I recommend that you do NOT buy a car here or allow anyone you remotely care about to do so.

Around a month ago, I bought a car from Springs Automotive. They really hooked me up with an amazing deal on the car I ended up driving away with. The negotiating process caught me off guard, as I wasn’t prepared to make a deal. I thought most places didn’t offer discounts on cars anymore. I did feel like they wanted to make it work in my favor and were willing to help me out getting me to a price point that I was comfortable with.I worked with Kevin and he was a breath of fresh air in the sales world. He was honest and kind and didn’t feel like dealing with a typical salesperson. It was more like chatting with someone who genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit.The car I bought was used, and Springs Automotive agreed to fix a few issues at the time of sale. When I brought my car back to get them fixed I worked with their car repair division. This was a smooth process and Raquel helped ensure everything was completed.Overall this was a good car buying experience.

Dan was a great salesman! He worked with me to do most of my stuff online as I work a lot & made the process in person very smooth and quick! 10/10 recommend Dan & his colleagues. Would 100% go back for another car in the future!

Log story short. I needed an SUV. I did my research, asked around, and the most highly recommended vehicle was a Toyota. I've driven Ford's, Dodge's, Chevy's and Nissan's. Looking over the millions of car websites, I found a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder below my budget, in a color I like with accessories that work for me. I got a call from Kevin, and he was wonderful. I'm always dining a few minutes late, and my husband broke his leg, but he was understanding and it took a few days to get it done, but I got y Highlander! Financing always takes a while, and I'm in a mess with a previous accident, but they were able to get it done for me (again, below my budget)!!I had a great experience and the next time I need a vehicle, I'll definitely check out inventory at Springs Automotive group. Check them out, ask for Kevin and tell them Janna sent ya!!

Best car dealership experience I've had. Andrew was very honest and informative about the pros and cons of each vehicle on the lot and was very patient while I spent hours looking and test driving vehicles.Everyone was very professional and knew how to do their jobs which is rare anywhere, but especially used car dealerships.Only gave 4 stars because the inventory on the lot is pretty small. The full inventory and online system here are great but I like to show up and look at cars in person

In November of 2022 I decided to trade in my 21' Toyota Camry for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. After purchasing, I took the Jeep to my local dealership to inspect the vehicle and they noticed hail and water damage that resulted in rust. I took the Jeep back and they offered to do a trade (which is great, right?) However they wouldn't do an even trade nor would they give me my Camry back, so I had to settle for a vehicle that had negative equity off the bat due to something THEY over looked. Never again will I ever shop with Spring Automotive- powers.Edit 6/19/23: I already submitted a complaint and spoke to the GM who replied to this review, the dealership left me with no option, however, now that I’m trying to purchase a new car, I cannot because of the negative equity. I am completely unsatisfied.

They replaced a thermostat, which wasn't covered under "warranty" which was bad, which ruined the engine, a month after warranty expiration. 4k owed on it still. They're crooks.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They sold me a lemon, and the games they've played since then would make Jigsaw proud.I bought my first car from them in October for $18,000, and I didn't actually get to drive it for another month due to multiple breakdowns that cost thousands. There was a warranty on the car, but I had to fight so hard and so unnecessarily to get them to do the right thing. Every problem took DAYS of back and forth to get them to handle the situation, and then the actual repair would be about a week or more with no communication. There have been so many issues with this car from top to bottom. For example, after I got my oil changed the first time, I was informed and shown the proof that whoever changed it last (Springs Automotive) jammed the oil cap in there so that it was now essentially useless and would need to be replaced. This was the cheapest fix at $12.99, but from top to bottom, this car was handled carelessly.By far the worst part, has been their treatment throughout the whole process. I understand things happen but to be treated with respect is the most basic decency that we can offer each other. Springs Automotive has shown no interest in offering that or even a watered-down consumer level version of it. Sometimes, I haven't been sure they even understand the concept. They've been nothing but unprofessional, aloof, and callous. One of the managers- Dan Eaton- is also a flagrant misogynist. An almost satirical example happened before I purchased the car and had to speak to Dan briefly about a financing aspect. He talked to my boyfriend the entire time even after both of us corrected him that I was the one with the money and knowledge of the car I was purchasing. Throughout the rest of this ordeal, the other managers tend to placate (shout out to Shana for Oscar worthy performances!), pass you around, or give you the ol' "I'll call you back" and never do. Dan does actually talk to you, but he talks to you like a child (or a poor, d*** woman) and puts the blame on you until he finally concedes that he's doing you a massive favor by handling his business.I drive about 30 miles a week. I work from home and live within walking or close driving distance (5 miles) to most everything I need. I haven't driven long distances or in the mountains since the initial month of repairs in November. Still, this car broke down again last night for the very first problem that was supposed to have been fixed and a brand new problem. It put me in an unsafe situation, and I'll be out at least $4,000 for repairs. While I always ask not to speak to Dan, he was the only one available this go round. At this point, I didn't expect anything from SAG but at these costs I had to say that I tried anything and everything. I told him what was happening; he didn't listen. He hinged only on the brand new problem and went from that angle to excuse and blame. I know based on past experience that this would just be another drawn out ordeal with a dead end.For a moment of levity, I would like to note that while SAG was obviously not repairing the car, the service department did use their time to stick a "Springs Automotive" decal on my bumper each time- letter by letter - after I kept removing it. I had to ask them to stop. It might have been a laughter of derision (or hysteria, if you ask Dan), but it sure did make me laugh every time!Financially and mentally, this will certainly have a longer term impact on my life. After paying for these repairs, I'll have to get rid of this car for one that I can trust as I prepare to move cross country. I don't have the energy to make a company care. The last fight I have in me is sharing my experience, so that others can make better, more informed decisions. If I can save even one person from going through this with Springs Automotive Group, that's all I want! Good luck out there!

See updated note after review…I bought a car from this dealer a year ago and as good as the buying experience was, it was a major mistake to purchase the so called Gold Standard Warranty. That thing is not worth the paper it was printed on. The car turned out to have some major problems and has cost me more than $6000 in repairs in the first year. The warranty has covered less than $500. Although it is not stated in the warranty, they will only cover $140/hr for labor. If you have things that need to be done at the dealer, their labor rates are a lot higher than that. The warranty does not cover anything not specifically mentioned and unless you are a serious mechanic, you will not know all the things not covered until they start breaking. I would highly recommend having a vehicle from this dealer checked closely by an independent mechanic. It costs some to do it, but it was a big mistake not to have that done.Update: Shana Haines contacted me concerning my review. She had someone look at all the paperwork from my repairs and after discussing it with her, I have to agree that the price I was charged for repairs at a well known Northglenn Ford dealer were outrageous and inflated. I did have some repairs done immediately following the sale, at Springs Automotive and they were much better. I’m still not real happy with the warranty coverage, but I have revised my rating of the dealer, and will probably use their shop in the future.
