We used this company for parts to help renovate our backyard for a funeral to celebrate my uncles who passed away this year. As it was our first time, we asked plenty of questions to make sure there was no confusion. What we got in the end was misled by an untrustworthy company who wanted to charge us for every little thing when we were told different in the beginning. Will not be buying anything again from this company, they did not seem to care about their customers.

Currently, they have very rude and incompetent people working there. Management is totally lacking. They have a very limited inventory at their satellite Englewood location and they have issues replenishing their inventory there as well. They say they sell to the general public, but in reality it is more of when it is convenient for them to do so. You have no leverage as a small customer with this organization. Don't waste your time dealing with this mismanaged SiteOne.

I want to thank Mitch over at SiteOne Landscape Supply. I an a newbie to this lawn stuff and had a lot of questions. Prior to calling SiteOne I was treated in a dismissive way from other landscape suppliers. Mitch spent 30 minutes with me, in a very patient manner, explaining every question I had in a very simple but effective way. Mitch was honest with me, rather than just trying to sell me anything and everything.With the world we live in now days, I find it very important to acknowledge the "great" and not just find ways to review the "bad" in situations.
