I'm giving this 7-eleven a 5 star rating because the ladies who work here are amazing! Misty is the sweetest. She really goes above and beyond for customers and is so friendly! The store is kept clean and tidy and ALWAYS stocked up with all of my favorites!!! Great job ladies and keep being a pocket full of sunshine!!

At 7am, I informed the only employee in the store that the two kinds of coffee I like are empty (as well as two others). He told me to get another kind. He then charged me $2.17 for the unwanted coffee.I came back at 11am. I had several questions about the hot food that was very clearly mislabeled. "Why does it say 50¢ each, if you're charging me $3.11 for two?" He eventually grew tired of my questions and chose to ignore me. He began helping a customer who just walked in. I asked my question again. Still, no acknowledgement.There was not even a manager on duty. Why does this guy have an attitude? If he doesn't want to answer questions, he should do his job by properly labeling food and refilling coffee. I am a regular at this branch, for seven years. Never have I had a less than stellar experience, here. P.S., He did not wash his hand after coughing into it..... he may have been warming up his fist to punch me. I got out of there!

The lady who works at this location ( who also works for the 7 eleven on Parker road) is stealing from mobile orders , I want there to grab order with grab hub ,she gave me the bag I check it there was 12 pack or doctor pepper missing I told her about it she told me : I'm not giving you anything and she went to the back room , she is not welcoming,lazy,rude and not polite.

Just left this gas station and MISTY the store manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She does not train her employees well. They can’t even utilize a SHELL gift card for gas. She does not take feedback on how to do a better job training her employees. This is not the first time I walked in with the service being below average. That’s all on MISTY and her poor management skills. Don’t spend your money here

Pretty sad when you come in for some gasoline and a snack and both male clerks are too busy hitting on the other female Customers to provide service I'll make sure I have enough gas to get somewhere else next time

Would give zero stars if I could, manager is incompetent. Their pump authorized money off of my card then canceled out before I could even lift the handle off the pump, then she refused to refund my money, and when I asked to speak with the owner she told me that she would not allow that and claimed to ban me from the store. Don’t expect any sort of human decency or service, especially when their equipment fails. (She even went as far as to walk out to the pump to pretend to look it over for the cameras, but all she did outside was repeat what she said inside, as if I don’t know how a gas pump works.) yes any gas pump authorizes a dollar, and clears whatever you used the next day.. however you are supposed to get to use the pump.. not just get your money stolen. I even showed her my bank account app to prove that it didn’t decline like she was claiming, she did not care to hear reason, just wanted to kick out the person who wanted an error corrected and move on.

Extremely rude female manager, didn’t catch her name, however she refuses to give proper service and seems to take her bad attitude out on any customer she doesn’t like. Couldn’t have imagined it would be that hard to run a register at a gas station, but as long as she’s the face of the store I wouldn’t recommend ever shopping there. It’s worth going a mile down the road to any other gas station just for more a humane experience.

Walked in between 11:30pm and 12am on November 12, 2020 to complete a Door Dash order. Asked nicely where I can pick that up. There was a lady working- headphones in, on the phone with a friend, no mask- which I don't care about any of that if it weren't for the the fact that she was bewilderingly rude to me to for absolutely no reason. Look, it's simple: I'm just trying to pick up an order for some dude at the hospital. Don't be sour. Just kindly point me where to get it without an attitude. Why is that so difficult? I hardly ever leave reviews, let alone 1 star reviews... but COME ON, now. Why can't we just treat each other with some respect?

Buyer Beware! Went into this 7-11 today and a big sign on the soft drink fountain says "49 Cent Big Gulp". So I got one. Wait in line for like 5 minutes (2 people ahead of me, but really slow service), and the cashier rings up $2.07. "For this little soda?" I ask. "What about the sign for 49 cents?" Cashier says "You have to have a rewards card with us". The fine print. And you can't just get a rewards card on the spot. You have to buy other stuff to get "points" to get that price. OR..... I recommend going to ANY Circle K where prompt friendly service will get you a soda TWICE as large for 89 cents. IMO 7-11 is deceptive in their advertising, and really not very convenient. When they were the first national chain of convenience stores they had something real to offer. Now, there are better convenience stores with most other gas stations, and the other brands are almost ALWAYS less expensive. Sad.

I have been a loyal customer for over eight years,but when I ran in to hard times loosing my house and wife,I would go there and get water for my dogs and I used the power outlet one time.I still bought things.They told me not to come back.So much for customer loyalty. Tim Svetlik
