Half my concerns were addressed when I was told they would be taken care of, was charged $4000 for a head gasket and told everything else looks good, then after taking my money telling me I'll need a new motor soon and the transmission won't last much longer. Do you think I would have spent that money on a car that won't last much longer? Was any work even done??? Definitely not recommended! Stay away!

Saul’s autotek was my saving grace yesterday morning.
With them being the only shop open on a Sunday they were definitely the light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
My car had unfortunately lost all its oil due to a loose bolt from a different mechanic shop so when the issue finally showed, Frank (the tow driver) came to pick up my vehicle and brought it to Saul's. Everyone there made the process as smooth as it could of been, Saul himself also called with the unfortunate news and explained everything so thoroughly to me. When it was all said and done they let me leave my car there while I figured out my next steps. I appreciate Saul and his team.
I will keep referring people to you guys.

I needed to have a check done on a Sunday and the only place open was Saul's autotek. I am happy with customer service and the inspection was very promp. Thanks Rose and Saul.

I have a 2013, MT, S Model Nissan Xterra. The clutch was starting to slip, I called around and had a hell of time finding a shop that had the capability, and those who did, were reluctant and quoted very high. Saul himself, texted me back immediately after I called, and I brought my truck in at my convenience. He had a whole team of technicians who swarmed my vehicle, diagnosed it immediately, showed me the issue, and got me back on the road. They even pointed out other concerns that may need to be addressed. Didn't charge a dime, no pressure whatsoever. Better call Saul!

Expensive, liars, great work though. They will absolutely do a fantastic job on anything they do, but I had just had my brakes checked at brakes plus and they said I’m measuring 6 millimeters in the front 8 millimeters in the rear and my rotors were perfect. Saul’s told me I’m at 3 in the front and rear and my rotors are shot. I’m sure they would even do a better job than brakes plus, but they 100% lied about that and everything else that was supplemental. If you don’t care about fixing things not needed and you don’t care about being lied to every step of the way, they do amazing work.

We were on a two week road trip when our steering started going. We limped into town and brought the van to Saul's. We dropped it off Saturday and picked it up Sunday. The entire experience was wonderful. Katelyn was very helpful getting us set up. Frank was the service manager and he kept me in the loop and gave updates along the way. Rose was also very friendly and helpful.
There was a bit of a miscommunication about the van pick but the shop was very quick to make it right. They ordered me an uber to bring me to the shop and also gave me a free oil change!
They got a rather extensive, trip disrupting repair done in 24 hours and I am so thankful! I highly recommend this shop.

Had a rush service that I need done. And saul made it happen in two days. That's what I like about this shop 365 day work year.
The bad: I had to come back after I noticed the air box was loose and moving around.
The good: Frank is one awesome guy to deal with he had the issue solved that day in an hour so at No charge.
Carson the tech missed one nut and rushed right out to fix it. I would have carson work on my truck anytime.
Message for Saul, make sure you give these two guys a cold beer they are worth it,
the first tech (nameless), idk I wouldn't let him work on a lawn mower.

I have found my new car service center! I was suitably impressed with how knowledgeable Frank was, to explain exactly what the problem was and what my car needed, and how courteous Rose was, not only to me, but to every customer who called or came in. And the quality of the work itself was second to none. I don't care if they are across town from me, it's absolutely worth the drive.

I'm now updating/changing my review about Sauls Autotek because after my first experience, my vehicle was not taken care of and it left me very disappointed. So, I left a review with Sauls. Not even a day later I get a call from Saul himself asking what he can do to help rectify the issue and he wanted to personally compensate me in some way. He happened to do just that! He looked at the file on my vehicle and we came to an agreement on what he'd like to do for compensation and we came to a resolution. All negative feelings have sense disappeared, I like to think from both parties and we can move on. So, in conclusion, Saul was able to get me back on the road hopefully running smoothly. The level of customer care after its been brought to Sauls attention is very much appreciated and I like that about him. He's not afraid to speak up and talk through a complaint to then find a solution. I'd recommend Sauls to anyone who feels customer feedback and care is a priority when it comes to your vehicle. I've taken all of my vehicles to Saul's when they've needed repairs, because they get the job done quickly and do good work, and they always stand by their work. They don't suggest bogus repairs, and you always get a very detailed report after the work is done.

My family and I were traveling through Colorado on a Sunday when our car broke down - thankfully within city limits. The nearest shop was Saul's Autotek. Saul was very welcoming and even allowed our family including our dog into the waiting room. We didn't receive the best news about our vehicle, but never felt pressured to get the job done through his shop. He was straight forward and explained in detail what was the issue with our car. He allowed us to leave our vehicle on his property until we figured out what we were going to do with it. We decided to get it towed and he even recommended towing options. We decided to not get our car repaired here, but I'm just impressed with Saul's customer service that I had to leave a review. He was compassionate and alleviated some stress off of a very stressful situation. Thank you Saul. Wish you and your company all the best.

I had 7k worth of work done to my truck by a neighboring shop and well…and everything went to hell and wrong back.
I had my truck towed to Saul’s and he was honest and gave me a good price, and even offered financing. I wish I woulda found him before the previous shop
