Their customer service is impeccable! I had been with Walgreens and they had lost all customer service skills. I switched over to Safeway and it was the best decision I've ever made! Thank you guys!

Randomly closes customer service. Not sure if FedEx pick up was included with that but I came between 9-6pm during weekday where it supposed to be open. If the pick up was separated fromThe customer service I would love if any employee of yours would let me know rather than giving dirty looks and rolling their eyes . (The lady with dark red short Haiti)

Doctor called in a prescription july 20 2023. I called at 10:00am July 21 to see if it was ready. It was not. Pharmacist said he was just too busy today.

Today the pharmacist did not show up. Prescriptions can't be filled. Many prescriptions can't be picked up!This place is chronically understaffed. Perhaps look at the pay and benefits offered to potential employees and get this place back on track? Oh, and corporate needs to allow its customers to speak directly with a human.

Every month, I try to order my single prescription online, and every month, they fail to understand the request, which results in needing to resubmit my payment, resend a payment authorization form, and sit on the phone for upwards of 30 minutes with a litany of confused employees.They desperately need to organize their files, because I truly cannot understand how one pharmacy is able to lose patient information every 30 days. I am trying to fill a single prescription every 30 days with the same information, and it is as if I am a new patient every time.Incredibly inept, with so many pharmacies in this area, I would advise anyone reading to use a different one if at all possible.Get it together!

Got the Pfizer Booster after 8 months, two days ago. Slightly flushed but overall No real side effects. Made an appointment at Safeway, in and out with 20 minutes - Thank You!!

Englewood Safeway allowed and facilitated the aggressive arrest of a 13 year old child. Though they may not be the police department, they allowed a white racist worker to harass a child before they called the cops on her for no reason. Safeway is standing by their employee and is no acknowledging that the cops were out of line. This is a blatant show of racism. The child was 13 and it took 3 grown cops to handle her apparently. Disgusting.

This market has a neighborhood feel. The staff is always so nice and remembers people. The store is always clean and the aisles are nice and big..which I like but love during the pandemic! I especially think the people who work at the Deli and the Meat/Fish counter give exceptional customer service. For example, they have prepared my order while I shop and then found me in the store to hand deliver it; it is rare to get exceptional customer service like this today and it one of the reasons I keep coming back even though its a little further from my house than another chain. Also, the food I have bought is always fresh. I will also add that Safeway has great sales. There are other good Safeway stores, but this local gem is my favorite because of the people who work there.

This is the second time that I had to wait to get my meds because the pharmacist was just on the computer or not paying attention to customers. Also shouldn't we as customers trust the pharmacy tech to make the right decision with ur meds. Not here the pharmacy tech doesnt they fill the meds and expect u to take them because of doctors error. I am Considering on going somewhere else where they know there customers and know then there is a problem.
