I'm done shopping here.I live nearby, so Safeway was my go-to grocery store for a while. However, there are rarely shopping carts or baskets because I guess the local homeless population took most of them. The store is understaffed, with 10 minute lines for self-checkout not being uncommon. The produce is underwhelming and lacking in freshness. I've had to check expiration dates consistently due to buying expired items several times. People bring their non-service dogs inside, which is really unhygienic, and staff don't seem to notice or care.If you live in the area, I highly recommend you travel a few blocks over and visit King Soopers instead. That's what I'll be doing.

My name is Meghan and I ordered from the bakery for a last minute order and the baker, Whitley was so kind and flexible with my schedule. I had originally thought my coworker's bday was next week but found out that it's actually this week and she still did my order and the decorations that I wanted. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I will be coming back and thankful to know there are still good people out there!

This is a perfectly adequate fuel station, however in the rainy months, there are some drainage issues, so you have to drive slowly to avoid splashing those who are around.

You guys something is seriously "up" with this Safeway! Like the strangest safeway I've ever been to. They have no shopping carts? There is no actual service for customer service and the drive ups take thirty minutes to bring your stuff out. It's awful. I will be finding a new grocery store.
