After the power outage yesterday I had to come back today to do my shopping. The power outage was handled really well, staff were kind and quick to help out.Shopping there today was great. The cashier was so so sweet.Props to the manager Stephanie for her and her team! Really like this location.

The store is so depleted. Are they closing? They've been one of my all-time favorites for years. It's only been 3 months since i was there last, and there wasn't a lot to choose from. I'm sad.

A pretty big store as Ross stores go. It was a bit disorganized as all Ross stores are. My grandkids found what they were looking for and so did I. Prices are always great at Ross and the employees were helpful, efficient and courteous.

I have always loved Ross. This store however, had a lot of construction underway. The shoes were in haphazardly thrown in piles in shopping carts instead of on racks, many didn’t have prices. There weren’t very many items available in the store, it was if the store was almost out of business itself or shutting down. I definitely will not be going back to this store. The only thing that gave it a 2 star instead of a one star rating were the nice employees.

This Ross was not the best store I have visited. I think the location is a big factor. I just browsed the store and didn't buy anything.

I visited this store today and had a terrible experience. I had just left an appointment at swedish for an injury that has left me unable to walk well. I'm on a walker and just got some braces for my legs but wanted to find a larger pair of shoes because the braces go inside my shoes. When I walked in with my Cousin I was hoping they had a wheelchair like most stores do but they didn't and I was cool with that. When I walked in I greeted and spoke with a nice guy working loss prevention he could see I was having trouble I asked permission to kind of lean sit on a counter area and he siad no problem and was super nice. After a pair of shoes was found in went back to the counter about half way to the car from the shoes and this other loss prevention lady with braids came out from you can't sit there you can't sit there . I told her there is no reason to be rude to me I asked permission and was told it was ok. I then asked her if she would rather see me fall and crack my skull and she didn't have an answer I told her that's what if let like and she shouldn't be mean to people that are just trying to shop and get to the car safely in a store with zero chairs for people who still need them. I hope she doesn't talk to people like she talked to me and I'll be back for sure soon Ross is awesome but she clearly sw my walker before raising her voice at me. Hope anyone who reads this review finds a good deal at Ross soon and has better customer service than I did today.

I bought some kids wear and left but 1 item didn't get the security tag taken off. And I lost my receipt. But next day I called and said they would check the video for that time. I came in the next day and she removed it. Thanks for not thinking I stole it. We should all do better in removing it before we exit the store.

Great store for any personal needs in clothing, footwear, eyewear, cologne/perfumed, and home decor. Even the kiddos can get more than clothes here, toys toys toys!
