I live in a remote area , and I was looking for good customer service and high speed Internet. We tried Hughs Net, but it was absolutely horrendous. After calling Rise, we had good customer service and the representatives were actually from the U.S.The technicians were very helpful and did a quick job. Internet works great and I couldn’t be more pleased. The only draw back was that one time we called, and the woman was rude. But everyone else was very polite and helpful.EDIT: Since 2021, the Internet is extremely slow. I can stream movies good but forget about gaming. I pay for 50 MBPS and I usually get about 10 MBPS max.EDIT: stay away.

Technician was on time, called me before he came and knew exactly what to do. He had all of the equipment and completed the indoor and outdoor portions of the job. He set up an ID and password that I can actually REMEMBER! Good job!

We have experienced way too much disconnection with our Internet. It at Cruise at least 2 to 3 times every month

I live in the country, where internet providers are hard to find. Overall, we have been pretty happy with their internet. Outages seem to take place over night, and rarely for more than a day.I had a great interaction with Cierra Langley today about my internet service. She was very helpful, informative, and professional during our talk. I would highly recommend their internet to anyone in their service area.

This company is price gouging. Raising rates with no notice. I was promised a “locked in” or fixed rate for 2 years. My bill has gone up twice. When I speak to customer service they deny that they ever offered a fixed rate and told me I was informed of a rate increase. This business should be held accountable for price gouging. Shady business.

I've only had their service for 6 weeks and my service has been out multiple times. Yes, the speed is fast when working but there always seems to be some sort of issue. When speaking with a rep today about internet not working, rep stated it would be OVER A WEEK before a tech could come. To some, internet is a luxury for my family and I, it is a necessity. I work at home and this is affecting my income and employment. Rise needs to get it together and stick to their slogan of " reliable " because all they have shown is that they are not!

The recent icy weather caused my Rise Broadband receiver (on the roof) to not work as well so they sent out a technician. He was great!!! He raised my receiver a couple of feet higher to go above my neighbors trees, and now my WiFi is faster and reliable. He was a very nice man and explained everything before he left. I highly recommend Rise Broadband!!!

Quality service. Just wish the Dashboard would show a breakdown of charges in the statement details. It just shows the cost for monthly service total. They need to show what services, discounts and taxes they are charging for.

In just 4 short years, service continues to degrade while the fees continue to increase. The price has almost doubled. I'm already looking for an alternative.
