LOVED the sound bath!! Insanely relaxing and refreshing! Maria's yoga class was fun and challenging! She caterd to our experience level and our existing injuries. Deffinitly taking more classes!
Rhythm Art & Yoga is a healing art and meditation center in Englewood, CO. We plant seeds of peace in our community through restorative yoga, expressive art, sound therapy, reiki healing, and self care meditation. Group classes and private sessions are available by appointment for beginners and students of all levels. We offer classes on a donation basis and sliding scale rates.
