Always make an app before coming but it seems like every time I come I have to seat and wait and still get charged a lot because of my long nails, I always get told they should be chargeding more for my nails because of the length, I understand but I been other places and don't have to seat an wait, I keep coming here because they do a great job I just feel if you have an app you should be seated at the time of your appointment,I will pay what I have to pay but would like to seat when it's my appointment time

This place has just gone down hill. I have no problem w/ the quality of their work but their work ethic sucks. Make an appointment days in advance. Show up a couple minutes early & then soak your feet from 30mins to over an hour while they take their time finishing the person before you tho they were a walk in. Meanwhile, the person I came in w/ & made the appointment for the both of us. Is getting her nails done on time in a timely manner. Been going here FORever & I will never return again. Plus this place is not very clean anymore. Just before walking out after sitting for over 30mins (she finished 30mins after I left) I saw ants. Their bathroom is not so clean either.

My nail technician was very kind and friendly. She took the time needed on my nails and they came out beautiful. Prices are reasonable, and is in a good location.

I asked for long full set and got barely medium. The shape is off and my ring finger wasn't done properly. You can still see the fake nail underneath. It was supposed to be nude like the others.Service: Acrylic nails

Boy I really needed a rebase . Walked in for my 1st time .I was treated promptly but let me tell you I wasted my time coming to such a place my rebase was awful and my nail broke after 1 day and as the pic shows this was 3 days DONT WASTE YOUR $

They told me it was a 10 minute wait for a pedicure. What they really meant was it's 10 minutes until they set up the chair to soak and then you soak for 45 minutes until they finish they're set they're working on. What bothered me most was the lack of sanitation. The reuse the files on customers, she pulled out her file and it was obviously old. The cleaning brush she used was used before as well. They even reuse the pumice stone for callous. I watch her use the scrubber brush to clean the pumice stone in my pedicure water! Then to top it off, it's 95 degrees outside and she gets up and turns off the air and opens the doors so the cigarette smoke from outside can fill the salon. There was a lady getting her eyebrows waxed and the lady was using the same stick in the bowl of wax over and over and over again. What should be a 45-50 minute relaxing experience took almost 2 hours to complete because to top everything off she would be checking her phone every 5 minutes.

Do not go here to be pampered. I feel bad writing a review but it was really awful. The worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever got. Place was not very clean and I was Charged me $50 for Mani and 50 for pedi after they saw, I highly doubt that is their regular prices for the services I received. I Started filing my nails the second I sat for my pedicure, over a dirty pillow draped atop the arm rest, and sat the nail color book on my lap- not sure how I’m supposed to look through a bunch of colors. Now I am one-handed with it on my lap and balancing it so doesn’t fall into the water. Did a dip on my nails and then left the powder residue all over me for the remainder of my pedicure until I was done and then went and sat in one of the nail tables to get it finished. The pedicure polish was gel and came out mostly ok but it was not relaxing and the tech did not seem confident in what they were doing- really only massaged my lower calf and shin area and barely touched my feet. Used a sea salt scrub during the massage so that was miserable. then sat to finish my nails- They did not soak my fingernails or cut my cuticles before doing the dip polish when I first arrived, and then attempted to file my cuticles back with the electric filer after. And was again using the awful scrub to soften my cuticles and skin they left around my nails. Left with streaked and uneven polish, ( because they file the dip down like an acrylic) bleeding cuticles, unevenly filed toenails and incredibly overpriced for lack of knowledge and skills. I had two different technicians work on me- Will never go back.

I set up an appointment with Lynn or T and I didn't get either one of them, I got one of their new employees, which every time she has done my pedicure I have not been happy. I've given Rez Nails one more chance but I think I am finally done with them. The lady who did my pedicure is nice but very inexperienced and doesn't really know what she's doing. I really like this place but very unhappy that the experienced lady's were not available after having asked for them. I'm sorry but they have lost a customer not sure if that matters to them but I will not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Pedicure
