Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They bounce me back-and-forth between two different nail tech taking 20 to 30 minutes in between to eat and talk while I just sat there my nails look nothing like the photo I had they’re thick and the design was rushed and very sloppy. I won’t be coming back here because the money I spent was not worth what I got.

T and Tina did an amazing job on my mom and I's pedicure! Highly recommend the parifin wax for hands and feet! There was a wait but not bad!

Not happy at all I went in at 6, granted it was close to close but if you don't have time just say that. Rushed, sloppy, I got cut a couple times and the design is not good, I would have been happier if she just said she couldn't do the design. Definitely will not go back.

Always make an app before coming but it seems like every time I come I have to seat and wait and still get charged a lot because of my long nails, I always get told they should be chargeding more for my nails because of the length, I understand but I been other places and don't have to seat an wait, I keep coming here because they do a great job I just feel if you have an app you should be seated at the time of your appointment,I will pay what I have to pay but would like to seat when it's my appointment time

This place has just gone down hill. I have no problem w/ the quality of their work but their work ethic sucks. Make an appointment days in advance. Show up a couple minutes early & then soak your feet from 30mins to over an hour while they take their time finishing the person before you tho they were a walk in. Meanwhile, the person I came in w/ & made the appointment for the both of us. Is getting her nails done on time in a timely manner. Been going here FORever & I will never return again. Plus this place is not very clean anymore. Just before walking out after sitting for over 30mins (she finished 30mins after I left) I saw ants. Their bathroom is not so clean either.

My nail technician was very kind and friendly. She took the time needed on my nails and they came out beautiful. Prices are reasonable, and is in a good location.

I asked for long full set and got barely medium. The shape is off and my ring finger wasn't done properly. You can still see the fake nail underneath. It was supposed to be nude like the others.Service: Acrylic nails

Boy I really needed a rebase . Walked in for my 1st time .I was treated promptly but let me tell you I wasted my time coming to such a place my rebase was awful and my nail broke after 1 day and as the pic shows this was 3 days DONT WASTE YOUR $

They told me it was a 10 minute wait for a pedicure. What they really meant was it's 10 minutes until they set up the chair to soak and then you soak for 45 minutes until they finish they're set they're working on. What bothered me most was the lack of sanitation. The reuse the files on customers, she pulled out her file and it was obviously old. The cleaning brush she used was used before as well. They even reuse the pumice stone for callous. I watch her use the scrubber brush to clean the pumice stone in my pedicure water! Then to top it off, it's 95 degrees outside and she gets up and turns off the air and opens the doors so the cigarette smoke from outside can fill the salon. There was a lady getting her eyebrows waxed and the lady was using the same stick in the bowl of wax over and over and over again. What should be a 45-50 minute relaxing experience took almost 2 hours to complete because to top everything off she would be checking her phone every 5 minutes.
