Very nice, well run complex. Safe and peaceful. Excellent schools nearby. Next to Cherry Creek Ecological park. Kendra and Mckenna are the best property managers we have ever worked with. They went above and beyond in helping my relatives with their application. They are so professional, patient, and genuinely care. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. My relatives are very happy in their new home. I enjoy visiting. Beautiful community.

Lived here for a year, good place to live. The managers are very responsive, they respond to any problems very quickly, the technical staff does an excellent job. The deposit was returned in less than a month. If the residents were more conscientious about the residential complex and the common area it would be great

Lived here for a little over a year, it was great, no questions. Front office is always friendly and helpful (Kendra helped me mainly in my time here, McKenna has helped me too and seems just as friendly and willing to help), maintenance is on top of their work and efficient, rent is affordable, it's in a good location. I'd recommend this spot to anyone.
Update: I have now worked with McKenna a bit more during move out and she has also been extremely helpful. Review hasn't changed, still a great spot to rent an apartment.

Hello, My daughter and I recently visited The Reserve at South Creek, last Friday.
I really loved the place, Kendra was the highlight of my visit. Kendra was very lighthearted, kind, and amazing. The apartment complexes are very clean quiet and comfortable. Kendra is very calm, respectful, patient and lighthearted. I’m impressed by my wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone seeing Kendra she has the outmost experience and kindness she’s just amazing!

Kendra was very helpful n understood my needs of location in the complex. Was very disappointed to find out that the units do not come w a washer or dryer, having to have an added expense was something I wouldn’t have expected?

DO NOT LIVE HERE, choose somewhere else. There is mildew/black mold all over my showers caulking, my fridge is constantly leaking water, my dishwasher has rotted so much that the prongs are beginning to fall off because they are rotted to the core, the stove top occasionally choses to work, screws in my outlets that dont allow me to use them, my microwave handle was clearly broken and it look like maintenance attempted to screw it back together terribly, there is glue coming out of my flooring and their only solution is to reimburse for rugs. I could keep going but please do yourself the favor and FIND ANYWHERE ELSE! If you care about your safety or your child’s safety, do not allow this company to jeopardize your family’s health.

Southcreek has been a great place to live. Staff have been nice and considerate, property is nice and well kept up. Property seems to be quiet and respectful. So far it has been great.
