I didn't feel like they worked with me when I was late to due different paydays and the manager was rude and I dont want to ever deal or talk to him again. I want to cancel my order because of the bad experience with this company

I wish I could give zero stars. I do not know what is with companies in the Denver metro area, they must not want business. Promised to order us something, said it would take two weeks. After two weeks we called an were told it was a hard item to order, because they don't usually carry them. Then why was it on your website, why did you give us an ETA. After a month of zero communication on their end, I have decided to buy outrite from online company. This is why no one buys local any more!

First time shopping there Michael store manager even though he was short-handed he helped me personally and get into merchandise that I needed and wanted he was very professional and very courteous I appreciate Michael taking time out of his schedule with Michael it's easy to do business he's a laid-back person there's no pressure he listens and I appreciate that may he continue to have success in his career

Delivered a dryer that didn't even work after telling me on the phone that the original one that I ordered didn't get fixed in the two weeks that I was waiting for it to be delivered. Now I have to wait AGAIN for them to get ANOTHER dryer to me. RIDICULOUS!

If I could do zero stars I would. Got or couch set around Christmas 2021 , could not deliver even though promises on the commercial can same week. We rented a U-Haul , I called was told was all ready to go. We only rented for 2 hrs , got there they acted like didn't even know we were coming. Had to wait for it to be wrapped up.Just paid it off with an early buyout saving us about 300 $ ,thanks for that. At the time the gentleman I believe was Michael nastily said from his office , if we want a hand written note saying pd they could do that , otherwise something come in the mail. I said I would like both. Left feeling not great , just spent almost 5000. With out a thank you ,hava a nice day nothing . Next day the email came saying your we will be taking your payment in the next 24 hrs. Thank goodness I disabled the auto pay. Today got a message to please call because haven't received a payment. Husband called they said disregard , the manager has to enter a code , it has been 3 days he can't enter a code ? To be sure didn't take our money ? but they would have taken our money if I hadn't taken off auto pay. NEVER again , too bad for them my husband was thinking about getting a huge TV . By the way they do not report to credit agencies either so it will not help your credit. Go anywhere else !!

Communication is key unfortunately this store doesn’t have it betweenOr amongst employees, Micheal has gone out of his way however for usthere have been times where we have literally said come get the furnitureand he had made it work . Don’t call on a Wednesday he is off because youwill not get the help and communication you need also the very kind assistantmanger she’s helpful to , if you get Adrian good luck he will absolutely makeyou feel lower then low!!! ( even though he’s not coming across as that he says )You are late you are late you are never on time (absolutely noted ) am I late Adrian ?! and we alreadyknew which is why we said come get the furniture 3 times so far but Michaelalways made it work in our favor not to mention he was absolutely charismatic.Adrians demeanor definitely changed since the last time we spoke and definitelynot in a positive way , i pray my payments can be on time and soon for the sakeNot having to deal with how I spoken to today , plain and simple if a customer comesTo you and says I’m struggling come get it , then instead of telling me how late I am justwith an extremely rude mannerism just come get it like we asked but that’s right oh you seenothing in the notes AGAINAnd that right there is called NO communication!!! Sorry for over allbeing late your treatment today Adrian was downright embarrassing like a grown adult beingrep remanded in front of the class I know I’m late ! !!!! At this point I give just to not have to dealwith that , never had he ever spoken to me like that when Michaels there !

Customer service is horrible camron is horrible and should not be in this business he dose not know how to talk to customers like to hang the phone when you are still asking questions would not recommend this store in englewood also just to state I’ve done a lot of business with this place and won’t know more over one thing of customer service….

Forever waiting! Force you to setup auto pay like they can't trust 700CS. No worries,, Then they say they can not deliver till for 2days??? I live 4miles away, 60inch TV. Id rather pick it up my self! Just horrible service, don't waste your time
