The store has friendly staff and was clean and well-maintained. Service took a little longer than estimated but that's probably because they have a lot of repeat business!

Devon helped me today. He had excellent customer service, was quick with checking my tire condition. He was clear with communicating my options for a better deal. The service time was less than 30 minutes and the service men were happy that I was happy! What a great experience, I'm definitely coming back and would recommend!

They charged a very reasonable price and had my car in and out and in a couple of hours. I arrived a little after the store had closed, to get my automobile, and they unlocked the door to let me have it.

Let me preface by saying we have purchased many sets of tires over the years at this location. We rolled up to get the air checked in our tires. There was a car in front of us that was getting repair work done in the air line! After 10 minutes of watching and waiting we left. The technician certainly didn't care. Maybe not the biggest deal, but really got under my skin.

Careless lazy work. They randomly put floor jacks under the vehicle, causing damage to multiple parts.

Ask for Andrew. He and this staff are incredible. I've gone here multiple times and, even though I moved and now life closer to a different discount tire, I continue to bring my work and personal vehicles to this location. Too good of services and staff not to. They're honest and that's the best part. It's a no-brainer. Hope this helps whoever reads this.

I visited this location from out of town Illinois! They remove a nail from my tire. Excellent customer service and very nice staff at this Centennial Co location. I would definitely go back to this place. Great service

Ordered my tires online. They called me as soon as they came in. The team was on it because they had even told me the tires would probably be in by Saturday so I made an appointment for that day ahead of time. They got me in really quick and I only sat for about 30 minutes while they were installed. Professional and fast. Will be a customer for a long time.

I have replaced multiple tires at Discount Tire and service is usually pretty quick. Service is friendly. They give you a pretty good estimate of when your car will be ready. The prices are very reasonable and they will give you multiple choices of tires for your car (good, better, best) and don't try to pressure you to buy the most expensive ones. They also provide free air (they air up for you) at any time, and l've used this service many times. You just drive up, don't even have to get out of your car, and a service person comes out to help you. As a individual who has no idea how to tell if my tires are aired correctly I definitely appreciate this.

This is my favorite DTC to use. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but the wait times have become horrific. On average, tire rotations historically have been 45 minutes. Lately, they have been 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Today's wait for rotation is 2.5 hours. They really need to get staffed up.

Popped tire on the highway, called and they immediately helped us out by setting up an extra tire and wheel and then DROVE us back to our car to replace it on the side of the road! I LOVE THIS COMPANY and they were so so so kind!
