I reached out for a quote for a scratch repair and got a standard templated response. I followed the instructions in the message and got no response back from them. After the 3rd day, I called and tried to follow up about the quote. A woman answered, made some comments about my last name and how she would remember it. But, would respond through email about the quote. I waited 3 more days, called 6 times and messaged again on yelp with no response. I have never dealt with a business that operates in this manner. I am not sure why I was ghosted. But, this was really an unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good repair of hail damage. Work is warranted as long as you own the vehicle. Had to take it back for roof leak. Fixed with no charge.

Been here twice for body work and paint work. These guys are great! The areas they fixed look as good or better than a new car!

Wonderful staff that are very thorough and knowledgeable on car repair. They had to replace my hood and did it perfectly. The price is very reasonable as well.

Quality One provided a fair estimate for the repairs, which I was paying for out of pocket. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and the work was excellent. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with good communications. I selected Quality One based on other reviews, and hope that this review encourages others to use them.

I had one bumper replaced, another refurbished, and the hood repainted without insurance help to touch up the appearance of my 2008 Camry. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and, as expected from the quote. Picked them through Yelp with no other referrals or information than provided here. It was a gamble that paid off well.

PJ and his team are fantastic! High quality work at fair prices. They were professional and communicative through the entire process and explained in detail everything they were doing so I felt comfortable with the process. This business is truly a jewel in the body shop world! I have now used them twice to repair complex dents and both times they made the car look brand new (versus another body shop I went to that messed up the repair). I took my smashed up car to Quality One Dent and I'm so glad I did.
