I have been with this company for over 40 years
Have only two mistakes. Both times were date of taxes to be done. Both errors made by company. However the first was forgiven and new date made with Roland. This year 2023 taxes were supposed to be done on Friday 8 of match. Thru a mistake on date I called to ask why no one came. Called and was told lady came to our house and knocked the day before date zzI had written on my calender.I always write date on calender because I am over 80 and do not like to make mistakes. I always repeat back people I talk to so there would be no error. , 40 YEARS and absolutely noway they could find a new date. I cannot believe the treatment so my review is only a onrstsr and will never recommend this co again.

I have used Pro-Tax for years, both the old owner and under Annette Mellon. She has always been friendly and professional. She will either come to your home or you can go to her office. I have never found a mistake nor has the IRS ever questioned a return. Her fee is also reasonable. EBR-Commerce City

Roland has done my taxes for over 20 years. Roland is one of the most professional individual that I was able to work with and never once did I ever get an audit.

I believe this business has recently changed owners. The man that answers the phones (Lowel) who I believe is one of the new owners is so unprofessional and rude we will not be returning to them after using our tax guy from here for over 25 years. I had called to inquire about when we would receive our tax papers and this man yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me. As much as we like our tax guy we will not support a business that treats their customers like this.

I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to do my taxes at this place. The man that answered was very rude and didn’t know what I was talking about when I told him the form I had to file.

Would definitely not recommend this place anymore after 15 years of them doing my taxes very rude on the phone and when asked if they could email my tax returns from last year wanted to charge me 60.00 dollars to email them to me.

I'm an honorably discharged veteran with single custody of 4 kids, 2 with special needs. I went to Pro tax because I knew the previous owner 20 yrs ago. She was an amazing, sweet, kind, honest accountant. The new owner however, cussed me out the other day over the phone when I asked about a simple error his wife made on my business taxes. I was surprised how rude and ignorant the man was. When I asked him why he was speaking to me that way, he became even angrier. I had all my taxes to them early, including 3 of my 4 children's personal taxes. In a month they completed none of it, blamed me, then the guy insisted I pick up my stuff and go somewhere else, keeping my $500 cash deposit! If they'd do it to me, they'd do it to anyone. Beware!

I believe this company changed owners in 2014… – They helped to complete my small business and personal 2014 taxes with ease! My own small business records were in shambles but Annette M. with Pro-Tax surprisingly sorted through everything and filed for an accurate return without my involvement! Nice/Easy/Accurate!
