Could not be more impressed with Primeflex Labels. We recently started a new company specializing in Bike Care products. Having no prior experience with label printing or even any options for label production, I called Matt at Primeflex (on a referral from our photographer). Not only did Matt answer all of my questions on our initial phone call, he also referred me to a great designer that helped us create our labels utilizing the full capabilities of the Primeflex to turn out a truly incredible label at a very competitive price. From start to finish, Matt has been available and incredibly responsive at every turn - from phone calls to emails to last-minute urgent text messages - he has always been there, never rushed, and helped us achieve a result that I really didn't think possible at the beginning of this process. Further - we are not talking about printing hundreds of thousands of labels - as a startup, our quantities are small - probably much smaller than 99% of Matt's clients - but it never felt that way through the process and we could not be more proud of the design, price, and quality of the end result.

Prime Flex is Amazing! They are a one stop shop! Customer service is well above top notch, the process and end result were completely painless and saved us a ton of $$$ on plates and colors! Ali is amazing! She responds in a timely manner and delivers nothing but the best quality for your budget. I wasn't sure about the process but she made sure to ecplain the whole process and even gave me great suggestions. Ali made my vision come true!
