I come in here a few times a week most weeks and I know quite a few of the up front staff. I love them all. Juanita is the MVP in my eyes! I really like getting crickets here, I wish I knew the guys name with black hair who works in fish and reptiles often and jumps on register. He’s always delightful. I will see you soon!

Picked out an item and when I went to pay, an employee told me that I could get the exact same product for half the price of the original. Another employee, looked with me for about 20 minutes to find that second item. No wonder I get my pet needs at Petco on chester.

We recently lost our dog. Our dog had a sister who is still with us and we could tell she was upset so we went to go get some new things to make her a little happier and wile we were checking out we were greeted by a young man name Christian. He was amazing and made sure we were doing alright before we left the store. We need more people like him in this world.

Had a great experience buying fish. The associate o spoke with was very helpful. They explained which fish would work best in my size tank. Made recommendations as to how to start a new tank and what and why to begin a certain way. I was so happy the associate took time to help me out.

Sophia is amazing!! If you have an aussie or any long hair pups ask for her! She is wonderful and took good care of my dog. I love her and so does he!! We will be back to see her

Just recently finished 6 week beginner dog training with our puppy and Amber was amazing ! She was super knowledgeable and even helped address specific problems we were having definitely recommend !

We just finished the Fundamentals training with Amber and she is amazing. She made the training fun, interactive yet kept it on point. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our dog Finn. We successfully used her advice & coaching outside of class to solve a couple of issues we were having. I would highly recommend her classes & we will be continuing with the advanced class with her!

I've always come to this Petco for my dogs' food and treats, and occasional nail trims. I just recently took them here for their first grooming session and the gal that took care of them was amazing! My dogs are very big, and pretty crazy and full of energy. She handled them with grace and care and did a great job with their baths. Thank you!

Terrible. You have to order on line, THEN come to the store to pick up the items. Why bother. If you have to come to the store to get the items, you as an in-store customer SHOULD be able to get the discount because you are in the store. WHAT A WASTE!
