I had an incredible experience with Alex at this store. Alex was so knowledgeable and was willing to walk me to the back and go over every option and what would work best. My dog absolutely loves what Alex recommended and we are a customer for life. Thank you Alex- you truly are the best!!

I come in here a few times a week most weeks and I know quite a few of the up front staff. I love them all. Juanita is the MVP in my eyes! Picked out an item and when I went to pay, an employee told me that I could get the exact same product for half the price of the original. Another employee, looked with me for about 20 minutes to find that second item. No wonder I get my pet needs at Petco on chester.
