I have had mostly good experiences with One Medical (formerly Peakmed). Dr. Dietz really changed my life, helping me find a diagnosis to a condition I've had for years affecting my quality of life. I am thankful to have found this place when I did, Dr. Dietz saved my life, literally.
I have had some scheduling issues with this location, but have spoken to staff about my healthcare concerns and know they are working on a scheduling availability solution.

Make sure you have a pcp in case you have to visit the ER. You would have to return to the ER to get refill.

Dr. Cribbs is AMAZING! She is what medicine should be. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. Cribbs takes time to understand what is going on, cares about our personal situation, and works with us to find solutions. BUT...Peakmed has become IMPOSSIBLE to work with. While Dr. Cribbs cares, Peakmed is the complete opposite. The so-called customer service is rude, uncaring verging on dishonest and absolutely horrible.

I found their Doctors and staff to be great, but their billing department is corrupt as hell, and I will be seeking a legal remedy. I signed up on January 9th, and was billed $89 at that date. I had an appointment and really liked the service, but realized at the end of January I was going to need to go to Kaiser and I couldn't justify both costs. I was charged an $89 fee once again on January 20th, which would reasonably be for the month of January. I canceled with them on the 6th of February and got an emailed Cancelation Confirmation on the 14th-- eight days later-- saying I would be canceled on the 28th of February. This morning, I got a message saying thanks for my monthly payment. It seems they charged me again. I called up and asked them about it, and they said, "You've got to give 30 days notice." I pointed out that I have made three monthly payments, and yet I've only had a month and a half of coverage, and, not kidding, the billing rep told me I was covered for DECEMBER, back before I had coverage. That sounds an awful lot like fraud, so calling the bank up and getting the charges refused. Just sorry I couldn't get someone at PeakMed to take the situation seriously.

EDIT: I have since left PeakMed. I switched to a different Direct Primary Care provider because the business model is good but the service at PeakMed declined. Dr. Heather is great. Very knowledgable and personable. It is the staff that is causing the problems.This is one of those where giving a 5 star review could be bad for me (because more people want to use the service which could cause a decline in service) but honestly - I love having PeakMed. I have access to a doctor who knows my health history. I can run something by her quickly and that is not an extra fee. I can work through longer term health goals with someone whom I can see just for wellness visits and wellness diagnostics. And on a couple of occasions I have had an acute issue that was resolved quickly.Direct primary care is really the best thing happening in our medical system these days. And PeakMed is the best.

As a small business owner, this place used to be a blessing because health insurance is so expensive, but all that has changed recently. I have made a few visits for various illnesses and aliments and had the service for several years.Doctors in the practice take frequent vacations (every few weeks) for 10-14 days at a time and it can be difficult to get prescriptions and appointments while they are traveling so frequently.Today in the mail, I received a letter that they are eliminating my account as of 30 days from today. No reason given.I never had a late payment or use any type of opiods, so I am a bit confused and upset after years of money spent for them to pull the rug from underneath me.I will be following up with the powers that be in the proper channels to voice my concerns.....beware all and make sure to have a back up option in case they decide to leave you hanging like they did me.

Dr Cribbs has literally saved my life. Several times. Never had a better doctor. Doubt I ever will have better.I wish they would have stronger front office people. Julie was amazing. And I am sure with time the newer people will grow.The dedicated primary care model is no longer new. But these folks have been in the front. And the work Dr Cribbs does certainly shows the concept works. With stronger staff this should be a 10/5 review. But I’m leaving the 5/5 because they deserve it!!

Fast, friendly and affordable on site medications. The best I've ever had. I have been diabetes since I was 12. I've gone through alot of insurance providers, ER visits, specialists, urgent cares... you get the picture. PeakMed has been on top of things, Dr. Cribbs in particular doesn't talk over you, she genuinely listens then responds. Even with call backs they are quicker than other providers. They use email, text and voicemail proficiently.

Dr. Cribbs is.literally the Best Doctor I have ever had. You would be extremely fortunate to have her as your personal physician. Excellent Staff.Excellent Care.. They genuinely make you feel welcome. Best medical care I have ever received.

Dr. Hetzel was super thorough and kind, even followed up at 8 PM with a phone call to make sure our visit at the specialist went well. Between him and Dr. Cribbs - I can say I'm ecstatic with the care we've received over the years at PeakMed. Thank you!

I don't know about other locations, but Dr. Cribbs at Peakmed Inverness is AMAZING! She listens. She cares, and she takes time to understand. Care just doesn't get any better!

Doctor Cribbs is the best honestly. I appreciate everything she has done and continues to do for me. I can honestly say that she is one of the doctors that really cares for her patients.The staff is friendly every time I go. I recommend anyone to go.
