Called on the phone asking for an item, and suddenly just hung up on me after telling me they didn't have it. A bit rude. Person on the phone also didn't speak great English.

Went over there with a watch tried to rid me off when I was desperate. Set they don't sell them. When a cost street got what I was asking for. It's sad that easy pond gives you more than ponking. Would that tells you something about this business don't go here go next door. Unless you wanna get twenty percent lower than what you Ask for.

This pawn shop is overall one of the better ones in Denver. As for what is available in the store they definitely buy quality stuff. The staff is normally pretty good and most of them actually give you a pretty good/ fair deal weather you are buying/selling or pawning. 5 stars if you stayed open longer, most people work!

The only pawn shop I’ve ever felt like I was treated fairly in. They where willing to work with me on all of my items and come to a fair price. Shelby handled my transaction and she couldn’t have been nicer. This is the only pawn shop I’ve ever been treated like a human being in. Highly recommend coming here even if you have to make a longer trip

This place was horrible we had no idea they were about to close walked in and first thing they said was we are closed but the door was open came in with a MacBook pro and the guy looked at for a second looked at a little baby Crack not even on the screen and asked another employee she was rude just as him and she said no and than turned us away went to ez pawn extremely nice and they took it in right away with open arms I would not recommend this place the customer service is horrible and all they want is to leave not help the customer with anything

I do really like this place, a lot of cool stuff in general and it's worth checking out. The only thing I think that's odd is their pricing. They were trying to sell a basic iPhone for a grand when it retails a few hundred dollars less than that.

These assholes have terrible customer service. The lady attending me had a bunch of attitude and all I did was walk in ! They're bunch of hustlers . Trying to hustle you. Never going back! Extremely poor customer service .
