Overall, I enjoyed my time living at Oxford Station. There were some hiccups, but that’s to be expected when cohabitating with so many different people and personalities. ?The management team here, specifically Kimmy Gilmore, is top notch, and I hope that Mission Rock Residential values her immensely. One member of the maintenance crew, I believe his name is Damien, was less than pleasant to interact with, but the rest of the crew is friendly.I feel it’s pertinent to mention the huge sinkhole which has opened up multiple times over the past decade at the corner of Oxford and Navajo. I was fearful of building infrastructure/stability, and my pup needed a yard, so I chose to vacate. Side note: Englewood water is literal poison, so plan accordingly.Despite a handful of drawbacks, as someone who has lived in many different complexes all over the Denver Metro Area, I must admit that Oxford Station is an above average apartment living experience with competent staff and some truly gorgeous views, even in select East-facing units.

The staff here are just phenomenal. The few times I’ve had to contact the manager Kimmy for an issue she has dealt with it with kindness and she has taken the time to remember who I am even though I am one of many residents here. But the reason I’m writing this review is because of the head of maintenance, John. He can be seen on the property daily and takes excellent care of it. He clearly takes pride in the property and enjoys his job. Tonight I came home at 5pm on a Saturday to find a problem with my smoke detector resulting in a very loud noise that couldn’t be fixed by changing the battery. I really didn’t want to call emergency maintenance as it didn’t feel like an emergency, but I truly didn’t want to spend the next 24 hours listening to it. John was at the property quickly and was so so kind. He made it clear that he didn’t mind being inconvenienced and was happy to help me. It meant the world to me and I can now enjoy my down time in peace.

Don’t regret my time here, but wouldn’t do it againThe good: Staff / maintenance is very nice. Nothing bad to say about anyone that works here. The apartments are nice. Gym / pool area is nice. The bad: The new apartments right across from Oxford. They start construction every morning at 8AM. Leave the lights on all night every night. The apartments themselves are very overpriced now. Lack of parking even though you have to pay for parking. The Sinkhole (not their fault) there is no quick detour to get back to the apartments, so If I go right across the street (2min drive) it takes Approx 10 minutes to get home now.

Oxford station has been a dream. The office staff are absolutely amazing and handle everything so well. The maintenance staff does a fantastic job maintaining the complex and handling any issues that come up. The amenities are so nice, with the pool and hot tub open year round. I moved here sight unseen and do not regret it.

Oxford Station Apartments has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. I have been greeted by smiling faces, helped by complete strangers, and shown neighborly love. Kimmy is an absolute gem and all other staff members are super informative and will offer up their time to assist you with anything you need. The apartment complex/rooms are clean, up to date, and are worth the wait. Thank you Oxford for making this place a home for all of us!

Management is very kind and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are satisfied. Every maintenance request has been taken care of promptly and with care. Apartments are modern and well kept with a nice gym & love the year round pool / hot tub. Sometimes there are louder gatherings by residents, but it’s really just on weekends. I have lived in 6 apartments in the last 6 years - due to moving locationally & this has been my favorite I have lived in. I love being so close to Costco and Target as well.

I had the pleasure of living in Oxford Station for about a year and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. The standout factor was the exceptional Property Manager, Kimmy, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and prompt responses to any requests were truly commendable. Despite managing the community primarily on her own without an assistant, Kimmy handled everything with grace. What impressed me the most about Kimmy was her understanding and flexibility towards residents' individual circumstances. She was accommodating and supportive, making my transition to a larger home seamless. The community itself boasted impressive amenities, including a well-equipped gym that became a daily ritual for me. The conveniently located pool was nice and the community events held throughout the year fostered a sense of belonging.Communication at Oxford Station was top-notch, especially when it came to addressing unexpected maintenance issues. Kimmy ensured that residents were informed promptly and kept in the loop every step of the way. The complex's location in the Englewood area was a major plus, with easy access to shopping and dining options.Overall, I highly recommend Oxford Station to anyone seeking an affordable and comfortable home. With Kimmy's outstanding management skills, the excellent amenities, and the convenient location, this apartment community truly stands out as a desirable place to live in the Englewood area.

Parking was miserable. The location wasn’t great overall. The train could be heard through the apartment windows. The prices online weren’t the ones quoted once i got there and were raised significantly, which overall felt like it wasted my time. While it was clean and could be lovely at a different location…it was not an ideal property or price given the location and lack of parking. The only aspect of the property that seemed perfect was the gym.

I have been living in these apartments since 2020 during the pandemic when there was really no one living here. In 2021 more people started moving in since Job started opening back up and I noticed that the complex we're having difficulties with people letting their dogs p*** and not pick it up and they would p*** anywhere and everywhere whether it was inside of the elevator on the sidewalk or at the dog park. That was OK whatever that was on the residence behalf. But also during my time staying here, my cars have been broken into three times and every time I bring it up to the front office they say they're gonna look at the footage and never get back to me in regards to it. Just recently me and my mom this year decided to get on the waitlist for the covered parking spots which run roughly $75 a month additional onto your rent and our cars are still getting broken into and our plates are getting stolen off our cars. Same thing when we bring it up to management, they still tell us the same thing, although my car is directly under a camera and that is the reason why I decided to get the parking, they still aren't able to find or invest the time into figuring out who's vandalizing our vehicles. We pay more to fix our cars in the past two years and it is equivalent to over 2 to 3 months of rent combined. I don't see a reason why we pay combined over 3 to 4000 a month and we can't even have the peace of mind of feeling like we're protected and our cars will be there in the morning. Another issue is the fact that this place allows homeless people into the building and they sleep inside the waiting area underneath our benches. They also set fires in the garbage cans that are underneath our apartments. Lastly, to top off why I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone is the fact that there is no parking for any resident the amount of people and apartments that are available. There is not even close to half as many parking spots available for that. So therefore, a lot of residents are parking on the outskirts of the road but now that a brand new apartment just opened up right beside us that parking spot space will eventually be gone as well which makes it harder for people to park. I know every complex has its own difficulties and issues but I just hate how Oxford station keeps accepting more residents and not looking out for the residents that they have here. I must say maintenance is amazing!!! Without a doubt Jon works super hard and he has a buddy now who also works super hard so I would never take that from them in regards to maintenance request and trying to keep the building as clean as they can. But when it comes to management and their lack of effort with finding out or even trying to prevent all these car, break-ins car theft, people trying to break into our apartments and homeless people living inside the building and setting fires. It just makes me very upset to where I felt like I needed to leave a review since my emails aren't doing any good! Hopefully this helps the next person looking for an apartment here at Oxford station! We pay wayyyyy to much a month for a "nice luxury apartment" and it doesn't reflect any of that!

My partner and I moved in a few months ago and we absolutely love it here! The maintenance supervisor always says hi when you see him, and the office staff is easy to talk to. 10/10 recommendation!

It’s a nice area and the apartments are really nice. The leasing office staff are amazing and the maintenance guys are really awesome too. My only complaint is the parking. There has been nights where I’ve came home and no parking spots were available and I had to park on the street. It’s a bit annoying since I have to pay $5 a month for parking.
