Really wanted to like this place. Went there for a trim, I had beautiful long hair. Left with shoulder length hair. The stylist said he would cut off a couple of inches, ended up cutting off most of my hair.

I completed a consultation for highlights and a cut with Mike Muniz. I had an appointment set, and everything seemed good to go until I received an email notifying me that my appointment had been cancelled, presumably by the salon. I waited for Mike to follow-up with the hopes that there was an explanation as to why, but he never reached out. I’m confused and a little baffled, but mostly I’m frustrated and hurt. It was unprofessional and rude. Maybe he’s a great stylist but he’s certainly not a great person.

They would not accommodate my disability.The owners claim I was never a client. This is wrong. I was a client of Mike since 2016 and he made over $1000/year from me. I would go every 3 months and enjoyed my time there. I was very disappointed when I emailed them about my disability, and issues with the current restrictions, seeking options for accommodation. Instead of having any conversation with me they chose to discriminate and not even communicate with me. This is the reason for my honest review. God bless you Mike and Richard; 35 years ago you may have understood why this is not ok.

First time in today, Mike did a fantastic job on my cut and I felt very safe in the salon. I usually hate the haircut small talk, but Mike was super easy to talk with! I’ll definitely be going back.

Love love love this place! Only place I would let anyone touch my pristine god like hair. Mike is my personal stylus and he is just the greatest! Not only do i always leave with great hair but always with a smile! I buy all my hair products here now as well, you can also book online which is helpful for me. Thanks again for all the great haircuts and will see you again soon!
