After a minor bump and 16 yrs of driving my ‘07 Lex GX front end needed a facelift. New bumper, all new lights and paint. Quality of work and customer service was the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic job folks - happily keeping my Lex a bunch more years!

I had an outstanding experience with Nylund’s Collision Center, prompting me to share a positive review – a rarity for me as I typically only do so for either exceptional or dreadful encounters. In this case, Nylund’s Collision falls into the former category.The restoration work they performed on my bruised Lexus was impeccable. Their upfront communication ensured there were minimal surprises, with the only overrun being a couple of parts that weren't initially visible. To my pleasant surprise, they even completed the work a few days ahead of schedule.If you genuinely care about your car and want nothing but the best for it, I wholeheartedly recommend Nylund’s Collision based on my excellent experience.

Would love to give them a 5 star, but unfortunately I cannot. One reason is due to the lack of communication during the 6 weeks they had my vehicle, and now again with having to get it back in. The main reason being, my vehicle was returned to me missing parts, a door seal coming off within the first few days, and a couple other minor issues. I am trying to schedule a time to get it back to them to fix everything, but their communication again is lackluster. With that being said, otherwise the vehicle looks great.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding service I received at Nylund's Collision Center. In May 2022, I found myself in a frustrating situation after being rear-ended at a red light by a distracted driver. What ensued was a grueling seventeen-month ordeal with the at-fault driver's insurance company. This uphill battle, which even involved filing a complaint with the Colorado Insurance Commissioner, finally led me to bid farewell to my beloved car - a vehicle I had cherished and planned to drive for many more miles.Amidst this challenging journey, Nylund's Collision Center emerged as a beacon of hope and support. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was met with professionalism, expertise, and unwavering dedication to my cause. Unlike the insurance-recommended body shop, Nylund's Collision Center not only stood by my side but also went above and beyond to rectify the shoddy repairs conducted elsewhere.What truly sets Nylund's apart is their commitment to doing the right thing. The emotional support I received from the Nylund's team during this trying time cannot be overstated. Hands-down, one of the greatest organizations around. The entire staff, Rob, especially, cares for their clients, cares for the cars in which they were entrusted, acts with integrity, and fights the insurance companies on your behalf to make sure that your car is repaired right. Nylund’s fixes cars like no others and they do so with a goal in mind of keeping you as a client for life. I believe they are worthy of the highest recommendation, as their customer care and work is beyond exceptional.

I wish I would have sorted by newest first for the reviews. With all the hail damage in Colorado this year getting into a repair shop were several months out. My daughter's car was a few weeks old special ordered and was damaged by a deer. While she is okay sadly her car was not. Nylunds was recommended and quite far from the east side of town. However, they could plan to start her car before the end of the year (sounded promising but still months out from the incident). Prior to the drop off they send out a document using an electronic signing application with details about pricing. Honestly unless you are in the business or have used a repair shop you would never know their prices were outrageous compared to industry standards. They seem nice and explain while you are there that they will help you communicate with your insurance company and keep you updated along the way. There was a small comment about an item that we might need to pay out of pocket just to make the process faster. I emailed my insurance company and told them about the comment and was told they already know about the item and would make the payment in a timely manner. In fact, every email I sent to my insurance company I received a timely response or follow phone call. I wish I could say the same thing about Nylunds. They were only quick to send me email about owing over $5500 over what the insurance company would agree to. While my insurance never said NO to their demands, they did require additional documentation for the justification of the price difference. Nylunds refused to provide any additional information but continued to email and harass us for the additional funds. I made sure my insurance company had copies of their email demands. My insurance company called and emailed to find resolutions to no avail. The breaking point was when we called to inquire about the car and the progress 2 weeks later Matthew from Nylunds pretended not to know anything about all emails and communications with the insurance company. I mean seriously we live in the day and age of technology, and everything has a time stamp. We are in the same boat as a fellow reviewer. My insurance company opted to pay them thousands, yes thousands, of dollars in "storage and admin fees" just to get my car out of there without getting fixed. We have also had the same experience from several other repair shops stating they know all about Nylunds tactics. Our advice to anyone who values their time and money DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP. There is no way this business should have such a good rating. I will share our horrendous experience with EVERYONE I ever encounter for the rest of my life!

Without question, the best body shop anywhere. The work is phenomenal, the staff is awesome and John and the rest of the team always make sure you are in the loop as to where things are. There is no better advocate for you when dealing with your insurance company to make sure you get the right parts and work done on your car. Absolutely love this business, I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, and we will go no place else. Highly highly recommend.

Being in an accident is bad on its own. John was so kind and explained the entire process. The entire team was very professional and courteous, and most importantly, my car looked amazing upon delivery. If you find yourself in need, choose Nylund's Collision Repair. They are top-notch!

I am so glad that I discovered Nylunds. They will repair your car properly. I have had other body shops repair my cars in the past, and the repairs just aren't right, and they don't last. When Nylunds repairs the car, it is perfect, and it is like new.

I can't say enough good things about Nylund's! I was involved in a hit and run that resulted in what I thought would be a simple repair to my rear quarter panel. After a 2 month nightmare with another local body shop, that made my car worse than before the accident, Nylund's took on the task of trying to fix it. Unfortunately, the car was deemed to be totaled but they were nothing short of sincere during the whole process. John and Rob were amazing at communicating and explaining everything to me. I'd recommend Nylund's to anyone. Thank you to the entire crew there for everything :)

BEWARE!!! I can't caution you enough just how terrible this shop is. They'll tell you they'll work with your insurance company, but they absolutely won't and don't. When my insurance company requested additional documentation, they refused and told me they'd done all they were going to do and it was up to me to pay the remaining amount out of pocket and then figure out how to get the money back from the insurance company. My insurance company opted to pay them thousands, yes thousands, of dollars in "storage and admin fees" just to get my car out of there without getting fixed. It should tell you something when the Lexus dealership tells you "I'm sorry" when you tell them that you initially took your car to Nylund's. How this place has any positive reviews is mind blowing! Don't be fooled by first impressions like I was. What an absolute nightmare!!!

Doesn't like to deal with insurance claims. Came in with a positive attitude but received a rude and fake attitude from JOHN. doesn't really take care of their customers as they say they do. Don't waste your time. If you tell them you're going through insurance, they will tell you that you will have to pay out of pocket as well and won't respect your problems that you're trying to resolve. Thank you Nylund's Team.
