I've had this card for years!!!! They lowered my credit limit RIGHT BEFORE I was about to use it for a vacation!!!! No e mail no warning!!!! Experian actually notified me of the situation. Pretty sad, then I call to try to get it back to original limit and they can't do it. Nice..very nice!!! They get a big fat zero from me !!! AWFUL JUST AWFUL!!!

Nordstrom Rack has horrible customer service. Horrible ! I ordered over $700 of merchandise, which was not actually delivered by Lasership and I have proof it was not delivered by security camera. I was told by Nordstrom Rack that "the only responsibility they have to to deliver it", and referred me to the police. After reviewing the security camera, the police stated that "there is no crime here", and Nordstrom Rack has to deliver the package. Nordstrom Rack is refusing to accept responsibility for this lost package and refusing to issue a refund. I even reported them to BBB. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I will never shop there again and I encourage you all to do the same. I'm disgusted.

This store is involved in identity theft and fraud using stolen SSN numbers to obtain credit cards. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PRIVATE INFORMATION INCLUDING NAME. ADDRESS. TELEPHONE, SSN OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. IT WILL BE STOLEN.

Returned an item to Nordstrom by mail (using their label) in September. It was delivered back to them on 9/14/22. I have NOT received a credit for the return and have called 8 times (first customer service and then card services). Each time I get the runaround. They promise to handle it and then do nothing. No dispute number is given to me so I can reference it on the next call. Then I am starting from scratch because they claim they have no record of the previous phone call. I am a long time card holder and have been using my Nordstrom card as my primary credit card. No more. I will be transferring my balance to a more reputable credit card company and cancelling my Nordstrom card.

I’ve had my Nordstrom card for 35 years! It’s my longest-held card. So, after 35 years of perfect credit with Nordstrom, and during the dregs of COVID, I was “only” 30 days late with my payment. Nordstrom proceeded to give me a terrible rating with the credit companies! Gee, thank you Nordstrom for all those years. And- you WERE my favorite store.

Impossible to unsubscribe from these dumb "Nordy Club" emails. I'm so sick of getting this useless spam. I've contacted Nordstrom numerous times about deleting my info/account and they keep spamming me and won't delete my info. They tell me Nordstrom Card Services is responsible for those emails, but there's no way to reach a human there without my account number, and no way for me to figure out my account number. Awful company.

If you choose to work here dont work under a Supervisor named Heather. By far worst supervisor I have ever worked under. She really doesnt know what she is doing & is all about writing people up. Hopefully the great training at Nordstrom will help her better know how to run a team and develope people to her weird low grade collection technique expectations. Upper management is great and ready to help and develope greatness. I found a job that pays better. I'm glad I moved on. Best of luck to Nordstrom, great people!
