Excellent customer care. I was on a tight deadline to replace a new window screen, which a handyman i hired botched up, and I have no time to spare. I need the screen the following morning. On a regular basis, I would have needed to give them several days to complete the order. But having explained my delimma to Debra on the phone and then to Tyler in person, I managed to have my screen ready the next morning. Eric called me to make sure he got the specifications correctly and then a second time, to inform me that it is ready for pick up. I cannot express how much I appreciate this location and its team. It may just be a screen, but it saved the sale of my home. Seriously. Thank you, A&A Tradin' Post Ace Hardware. I will never forget.
