As others have stated, the weeds are tall and the spaces are neither maintained nor marked clearly. The added things we do to the RV to try and protect us against rodents and insects cost a fair bit of cash to maintain. We've actually thought about bringing our own mower and week killer just to keep the animals away.
Their price is pretty average among the other storage lots around us.
We're on waiting lists with these other locations as the spaces are maintained far better than here.
Please, clean up and maintain your spaces and add delineators or better markings in your lots and we might stay with this location.
The only positive and reason for any stars in my review was the staff. The gentleman was incredibly nice and very apologetic about the spaces. Unfortunately, I think it falls on deaf ears with the higher ups.

The folks here are nice when I signed up, never saw anyone after that. But this place is really run down. There are 1 and 2 foot high weeds everywhere, which means there are undoubtedly rodents to go with the rabbits I saw everywhere. I would always find spiderwebs on my trailer too, just another testament to why an RV storage needs to be gravel and nothing but gravel.
The spots are also not marked off at all, no lines, no staked ropes which is what’s needed, so don’t be surprised when you find a neighboring RV partly in your space. Again, just another example of the ownership here not doing anything at all to reinvest in their business.
I also saw workers walking around w/ a can of spray paint, not really marking new lines so I’m not sure what they were doing. But they walked right past obvious trash and did not bother to pick it up. Again, just a failure in leadership and management by the owners.
They also raised prices on me by 11% just a few months after signing up (twice as much as our outrageous national inflation), an obvious bait and switch tactic that I would have tolerated (maybe) if I saw any effort in cleanup and improvements for the location. I really wanted to stay here and not have to move again but this place is just too run down and no signs of anything changing.

Rented a Penske truck from this location with no issues. Truck was in great condition and fairly new. Reasonably priced compared to Uhaul and less hassle.

I rented a Penske moving truck here. The truck was given to me with low/no DEF fluid and subsequently broke down in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. Also, this location forgot to provide me with the utility dolly and furniture pads that I paid for. I’m very disappointed that their carelessness caused an easily preventable and extremely bad experience.

They don't care if your RV is damaged in their yard, will do nothing to help. Very rude and cold.

I've been hearing great things about Neighborhood RV & Boat Storage in Denver and Englewood, Colorado. Great prices, well run business and the owner is a stand up guy. I highly recommend NSS to anyone with an RV or a boat that needs covering, especially in crazy Colorado where the weather is so volatile.

Great to see you guys are also in Englewood with your RV and boat storage facility. This was my first choice until I found out there was a location closer to me. I took a look around and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I love knowing that I don't have to worry about where to park my RV when it is not in use. I rest assured that is safe in a well maintained facility. These guys make the storage process easy and affordable!

I mentioned your RV and boat storage facility in Englewood to my friend who lives in Centennial and he was elated because his HOA has been complaining about his massive boat taking up more than half the sidewalk and available space for parking. I don't know what I would do without you guys. My trailer sits nice and comfortable with you guys.

I was just thinking, didn't I already review you guys as being the best self storage in Parker? Now I see that you have RV and boat storage in Centennial!? I'm going to share this with all my friends and anyone looking for indoor/outdoor. Great facility, fair prices, and a friendly staff. Can't go wrong!
