They did a great job shipping a family heirloom to a relative in another state. They built a nice crate for it, too. They were efficient, communicated well, and we're easonably priced. I recommend them.

They always do a great job of packing very fragile equipment.

Kudos to Keith and his team. They packed and shipped my favorite piece of sculpture. They gave me a fair price, picked it up on time, packed it like Ft Knox and it was deleted cross the country to my home and was delivered within an hour of the estimated delivery. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their valuable art properly packed and shipped at a reasonable cost.

Where do I begin? This is an honest review of a recent equipment move that Gonavis irresponsibly and negligently handled. I called and their rep Melissa Chaney took my call and sent me a quote. I had filled out their online form that my Custom-built, ultra high-performance desktop gaming computer was worth $7000 and gave the large box dimensions as well as the weight which was 90 pounds. Keep in mind Melissa sends me a quote. We talk on the phone and I tell her that this computer is very heavy and very expensive (it took me 3 months to build this one of a kind gaming computer which also has an expensive tempered glass case). She never asks me what kind of equipment I am sending and doesn't mention anything about white glove service or adding insurance. She gives me a price and gives me a date when they can pick up my expensive computer. She asks for my credit card - and that's about it! They get my payment. It now seems all they want is your money (quality service is non-existent with Gonavis Centennial!)My friend waited at my storage unit for the guys to come pick up. When they arrive from Gonavis they inform my friend that they were told nothing about this pickup or content. My friend informs them that this is a very expensive computer because one of the guys wanted to lift the box by himself. She stopped him and told him this was a $7000 computer and that he should get the other guy to help him. They tell my friend that there were told "nothing" about the contents. That should have been the warning sign that I never got. It was too late. Gonavis picked up my computer. A week later Fedex (not Gonavis) drops off the computer at my Storage Unit's front office. When I go to pick it up, I see the box laying on its side which immediately tells me something is very wrong since the box says "FRAGILE" on each side and it's clear how the box should be upright. As I gently try to move the box, I hear shattered glass, a lot of shattered glass, moving all around inside the box..keep in mind that the computer is inside a box, which is inside another box so the box is sturdy. Clearly this box was mishandled and dropped at least one time. The computer has very thick tempered glass on 3 sides.I gently transport the box to my unit to take videos and pictures of the damage before and after opening the box as evidence for the owner and operator of Gonavis Centennial CO. Upon opening the inner box i see shattered glass everywhere. I wear gloves so I don't cut myself. A side of the computer glass completely shattered. The top of the steel computer frame is bent. Upon looking inside I see so much damage to all the computer components that used to be attached to the motherboard. The graphics card, the sound card, the memory cards, the cpu fan, some of the heat sinks are ripped out of their connectors to the motherboard. Keep in mind I hand selected each component using the most expensive parts I could get at Micro Center Denver in order to make a screaming, one of a kind high performance machine that was built in the theme of Superman. In order for these components to be yanked off motherboard, my computer must have been dropped so hard at least one time, if not more, that the sheer forces totallly demolished my gaming system... and that's just the beginning..I sent videos and pictures to Keith Binzer, the Centennial Gonavis business owner, who requests these pics and videos. It takes a week and a half for him to review the evidence and then he completely ignores all of my emails and communication in order to get resolution for the complete loss of this "Super" computer. I give him 3 weeks to respond and I get nothing from him or Melissa - no refund - completely ghosted by Gonavis. Gonavis is a joke of a business..no respect for its customers and no honor to make amends in trying to resolve this huge problem. I was patient with Keith Binzer, the owner. Absolutely I'll be taking legal action against Gonavis. F- worst moving company ever. Beware and look for a better, trusted tr

From the first phone call to the delivery of my painting the experience with Navis was amazing. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions, got right back to me with a quote. The packing job was exceptional. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to all at Navis!!

Navis of Denver took great care of a couple pieces of artwork that I purchased at auction. They picked up the pieces from the auctioneer, built crates for each piece and packed very well so everything arrived perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!

Navis Pack & Ship did an outstanding job on shipping original hanging pictures to me from Colorado to California. They picked up the pictures the day after I called them, packed them very well and shipped half to San Francisco and half to Los Angeles. Not a single picture was harmed. I cannot compliment these guys enough, I highly recommend them. Nancy

I used these guys to ship some items from my uncle's home in Colorado after he passed away. The communication was awesome and when I received the shipment I couldn't believe how well it was packaged. Even the most important piece - a mantle clock that had been in my family forever - arrived in great condition! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my next shipment.

I used Navis a few months ago for a cross-country move. I was extremely concerned about finding the right moving company - both in terms of cost and quality. Navis really met both of those marks. I found that for a small move like my own (1 bedroom) it was by far the best option compared to PODS-type groups and major nationwide movers. There was always a catch with the PODS-type groups that limited their liability if something was damaged, and the nationwide movers weren't economical for a small shipment. I also felt like I saved tons of time because they included the white-gloves packing in the price. I wouldn't go any other way -- the only boxes that had any damage were those I packed myself - they're professional packers and definitely didn't skimp on the effort and resources used in packing my items. My console table (that I adore) they actually TOOK APART and packed each part individually to ensure that it shipped without being damaged! When it arrived at its destination, the Navis group there just put it back together for me! I really have to thank Kevin whom I corresponded with for this move for his patience and dedication. I've been referring everyone I know to Navis because I know how much of a headache moving was for me and how difficult it is to find a reliable company to entrust all of your things to. Now, the only downside I saw was that the guys that picked up my stuff on the destination end were not as top-notch as the Houston crew that I dealt with - I felt like I needed to really be there and look over their shoulders to make sure they didn't toss stuff into the apartment carelessly and leave. In retrospect, I feel like that's kindof to be expected but the Navis Houston guys were so good that I think my standards were artificially high - with them, I actually left my apartment and took care of other stuff and returned to have everything already packed up and ready to go. Phenomenal.

My experience in working with Navis has been extremely satisfying. As a freight forwarder based out of NYC it's essential that I have a network of reliable trucking solutions and Navis plays that role in the Denver area. They can be trusted to handle high value, fragile cargo and their customer service is top notch. They understand the importance of doing quality work - which for me means working quickly yet carefully. In particular, Navis has proven their value to me by following through with important deliveries to my client's in Aspen. If you're looking for a reliable trucking solution in the Denver area, I strongly suggest giving Navis a try!

My parents used Navis Pack & Ship to send my grandmothers antique dry sink from Denver to San Diego. They chose the warehouse to warehouse option which is more affordable. When I went to the warehouse in San Diego, the gentlemen there loaded the dry sink into the back of my truck and removed the pallet which made it easier for me to move when I got home. I brought the dry sink home and unpacked it, I was very impressed with the care they took to make sure my family heirloom arrived undamaged. Thanks Navis! I really didn't want to have to drive out there to pick this up!
