This is how all businesses should be! My kids were treated with such kindness and respect I felt like we had been going there for years. Holly took the time to find my son the perfect glasses that look like egon Spangler from ghostbusters. Most people wouldn’t have taken it seriously that he wanted something so specific but she made it happen. He is so happy and his glasses journey will be success because of her care.

I wanted to give a 5 start review, but after having to wait a month for my glasses is just ridiculous. I had to take an hr off work just to pick them up for them to be wrong and me have to take ANOTHER hour off just to drop them off AGAIN and guess what i have to go pick them up AGAIN. They didn't even apologize at all, you would think they'd at least check their orders are right before giving them to the customer. I really wish I had noticed before I took them home, not everyone can just take time off work, I'm loosing rent money just trying to get my glasses.

Horrible service and the doctor prescribes classes or contacts for every patient because she makes money from that she also wants their personal information so she can hook up with them because she's a gold digger after three times trying to get fitting set up the lady who was supposed to do that is never in the office so the so-called doctor that I work with is just after money

I’ve been seeing Dr. Leuenberger for the past few years and I can’t recommend him (and the rest of the MyEyeDr team) enough. His exams are comprehensive and he is intentional about understanding my specific vision issues and goals before getting started.I also tend to ask lots of questions throughout the exam and while some of my previous providers have gotten a little frustrated and rushed me out of the exam room, Dr. L always takes the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. It’s obvious he knows his stuff and it’s honestly a pleasure visiting the office.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in on my scheduled time and no one told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment. Someone should've called me before I wasted my gas and was told that my insurance wouldn't pay for my appointment when I got there. So I thought I would try them again and I called to make an appointment and the girl that made my appointment over the phone gave me the wrong time. So they tod me I could wait to see if the other person scheduled would show up. So I left and went somewhere else. Just beware of thes incompetent people. Cusomer service is horrible!

I forgot my eye glasses while traveling and even though I’ve never used this location, the staff were so helpful to make sure I could have some contacts to use temporarily while I was on my trip! They made a stressful situation go so smoothly.

Staff was quick and listen. I came by on my lunch break. I was back to work before time to punch back in. They worked with my insurance. My experience with Myeyedr downtown was great!!

Had a wonderful experience at My Eye Doctor in Englewood, CO today. Before I had the exam I had no idea that I had insurance, but I do and that helped offset the costs for the exam and glasses. Fair prices for the exam and eye glasses with the options I wanted. I was given three different options and shown a number of pairs of glasses that were covered under my insurance plan similar to the pair of glasses that I picked out that was not covered under my insurance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Dr Brant was very swift and helpful with finding my prescription and Shaylee was very nice and knowledgeable about glasses and frames. Overall a very great experience!
