Landon Farley was attentive, quick to respond and very thorough with our Loan. We were able to close on our first family home in large part due to how effective and efficient Landon was. He got us a great deal on the loan and is also committing to helping us stay on top of refinancing as the year goes on. Anytime we needed info he would give us a quick call and make sure we understand every detail of the loan and its nuanced parts.

Can’t say enough great things about Landon. He made our entire transaction so smooth. He literally answered any call, question, text, within 5 minutes of us sending. I am so greatful to have had the opportunity to work with Landon. I was trying to sell my home and purchase a new one. Landon is great at what he does and my situation wasn’t easy my any means. He is very professional went above and beyond for my family. When I lost my realtor he stepped in and held my hand the whole way to the end. Some of the things he helped me with wasn’t even part of his job description and for that I appreciate him. He made things easy to understand and didn’t have a problem answering any question that I had. Even the stupid ones. The best part about Landon is that he is honest and tells you like is and some how everytime we ran into something he always found a way. We worked with Landon. Let me just say, this was the was best experience we have ever had. Landon is kind, friendly, patient and always willing to explain things and multiple times too. He advocated for us and gave us great advice. He always checked in with us, gave us updates and even told us to contact him on Christmas. I recently attempted to refinance my mortgage with my current mortgage provider and after a nightmarish several months the refi was cancelled due to issues with my HOA, which should never have been an issue.I was referred to Landon by my real estate agent and I am so thankful for the referral. Landon provided top notch service and was in constant communication throughout the refinancing process. He navigated the aforementioned HOA "issues" without any problem and was very informative whenever I had questions.
