“Went into another cricket and had them do a reset and change to an echip to see if that was why my service had been going in an out making me drop calls. Went and saw Melanie at this location directly after being told by the other store my phone must be defective she did a reset and my phone is working again calling and accessing online as it should. Big thank you to Melanie go in and see her if you want someone polite and well versed in their job.”

“I just started doing business with this pawnshop, i like it here. They work with you and play fair. Only thing is that they close at 6pm and most pawnshops close at 7pm but they open on Sundays and most are closed on Sundays...... At least they will treat you and your items with respect and fairness. Come check them out!”

“I came here the first time absolutely exaspirated at how shitty the service was at the AT&T store on Sheridan. Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Mikey has always helped me with a smile- that is SINCERE- and is just a genuine, good dude. What's more, you can tell that everybody at this store likes each other; it's a happy place! “Tom is one of the most generous and knowledgable people I have met! My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

“Do not go to the store on S Wadsworth in Littleton CO. They were very rude and practically ran us out the store. So we went to the store at RIVERPOINT in Sheridan CO. They were very helpful and kind. And they helped us in updating to a newer phone. They were great! I will make sure to go there in the future.”
“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”
“Been going to this place for years have always been awesome. Dealing with the people that work there are awesome . It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .”
