Jatour was awesome. Gave me lots of space to just explore the mattresses—for hours, including napping on a couple of them!—but was right there when I had questions and was ready to talk. I ended up making a purchase I felt quite confident in and am very satisfied.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress and the gentleman (Nick) at the Englewood store helped us tremendously! He showed us many mattresses, how they were made, and the features of the mattress. He was not pushy at all. Very patient and friendly. It’s nice to leave a store without feeling stressed. We bought our Mattress feeling good about our purchase.

Brit was OUTSTANDING!!! Such a great personality to the store, she made me feel welcome, made all my problems feel valid, she explained thoroughly what kind of mattress would suit me best, what their best bed options were, what’s best for my budget, found me the best bed for a killer deal, extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service. Give that girl a raise asap!
