From initial contact, to document submission, then underwriting staff... awesome. The manager was doing oversight all the way, very personable yet business-like. One staff member in particular worked to put together a special loan package that lowered our down payment and interest rate! Great company. We trust Loan Simple.... good company to work with.”

I went to bank today to get some cash as I need all $1 bills and I was the last customer after counting the cash by mistake I dropped $1 bill on the floor which I didn't noticed and I came back home on the way back home I got call from the Bank that you dropped $1 bill on the floor and when I counted they were right , they said we will put it back in your account, I felt so happy although it's just $1 but they do their job diligently and 5 stars to the staff.I appreciate your help ...”

“I don't have a Chase account minus my preferred Visa card. I had to go in today to discuss some fraud prevention issues and getting a new card approved. A man named Moody handled my issue with absolute professionalism. He made half a dozen calls, hung out on hold several times and got it all cleared up. By the time I returned home, the new card was approved and all the miscommunications were handled. I just may have to open an account with Chase since their people are so professional and helpful. Thank you, Moody. You're wonderful at your job.”
