I had a poor experience at this location. The lady, named by November, African American, should not be working for you guys she is rude and racist. Check cameras for this day, 8/25/24. 7:45PM SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! I'm sure I'm not the only customer who's had this issue. She told me she could refuse to whoever she wanted without having any reason when asked for an ID and presented to her. She said that I could report to managers, but I'm better off leaving a 1 star review. Couldn't put zero stars, or else I would have.

Card readers suck just like everyone says so I'm forced to go inside and deal with terrible customer service. If it wasn't for the Kroger fuel points I would never bother going here

Not coming back here until they upgrade their terminals. If you get the machine to read your card, which is like 50/50, the process still takes forever. The attendent is also oblivious.

I went to the store yesterday at 11 PM. 5/4/24 The time and date will be able to let you know who is working there at that time . The lady is an African-American should never be working with people very poor customer service, let alone losing money for your company refusing to serve me because she is having a bad night. “Pull your camera you judge from that”, $30.00 was lost from your drawer refusing to serve me. 67 yrs old and be treating so wrong having to go somewhere else when I was there with what she needed my ID. People like that need to be stocking and not working out in public.

Half of their pumps don't work a majority of the time. Don't stop here if you're low on gas.

Been there about 3 times to fill up for gas and the selections won’t get past the rewards screens. The unit also locks your card in place and you have to wait for the system to time out before you can get your card back and never end up getting gas. You can go in for pre auth I guess but I would avoid the place it is cheap in a bad way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: The pumps here take forever to work through the screens and oftentimes don't even work at all. My credit card has also gotten stuck in their machines multiple times.

Card skimmer on pump #3 that was used to withdraw money from the stores ATM. Something tells me the employees are up to no good.
