I loved staying with Laureate Ltd Rentals.Rent is easy to pay through the portal, as well as submitting maintenance requests.Easy communication with rental managers through text messages or phone calls.I definitely recommend this company to rent!

I have been working with Laureate for over a decade! Their customer service and approach to property management is fantastic. Our experiences with them have been overwhelmingly positive. Super polite staff and willing to work with me as I was trying to move with a hectic personal life at that moment. Both Elicia and Oliver were absolutely amazing, professional, and kind when contacting me and helping me get set up. So far, all is well renting through them. I will follow up in a years time, but I have a feeling it will continue to be a pleasant experience. Rent is....typical (but competitive) for proximity to Denver and Mtns.

I’ve been in a Laureate property for 6 years now. Best property management company I’ve been with since I got out of college 15 years ago. Easy to work with, efficient, and anytime I’ve had an issue within the property, it’s been a priority for them to get it fixed in a timely manner. Preciate y’all!!

Tenant Review -I rented an apartment in an older building through Laurate for a little over a year. During that time they addressed all of the maintenance items that came up quickly. The front desk team was very helpful.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM. I personally had a terrible experience with Jayme. She was super rude and condescending. Had such a terrible attitude when i asked a simple question , made me feel like a burden. Don’t work in customer service if you are gonna hate everyone and be miserable.

WORST MANAGEMENT PROPERTY WE’VE ever had to work with. JAYME IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She’s not a good fit to be an agent at a property management. Very rude and disrespectful.

Hands down the best property management company I have ever worked with. The touring / leasing agreement process was very easy and professional, the unit we have rented is outstanding and the high level of communication they express is above what I could have expected. Oliver in particular is a pleasure to work with and he sorts out any questions or issues we have almost immediately. Everyone I have met in the company has been respectful and seems to enjoy their job, which bodes well for property management company's in my experience. Nothing but positive experiences so far!

Jordan has managed all my rentals since 2004. His team does a great job of working with me and my tenants. Communication is key and they are prompt when notifying me with everything. Really appreciate them.
