Great customer experience. The staff (sales, finance, General Manager) were all at ease, listened (and heard :-)) my vehicle and finance needs. All at ease - no sales push, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

UPDATE - while my initial interaction with Landmark was superb, that ended soon enough. This was supposed to be a Certified Preowned vehicle, but my experience showed that was nothing more than a piece of paper. I was sold a vehicle with a bad battery that stranded me 1500 miles from home (which explained why I could not get some features to work). Air filter was filthy. I had the vehicle in for service once and told it was test driven and ready to go. However the MyLincoln app showed the vehicle had not moved for two days. It had to have transmission rebuilt at 30k miles, and when I told them it still was not fixed, I would have to wait another three weeks to get it in again (and the had to have transmission replaced). Long story short - once the sale is made, they could care less.
UPDATE to dealer response: Other than the transmission replacement, Landmark has performed ALL maintenance and warranty work on this Aviator - including being told the wind noise repair was test driven at highway speeds, when the myLincoln app showed it had not moved. Need me to provide the receipts?
On May 1, 2024, I scheduled an appt to have the rebuilt transmission looked at which was scheduled for May 21, 2024. On May 9, I called back asking to get in sooner as I was concerned it was not safe to drive. I was told no. On May 20, the appointment was canceled by Landmark. I called a week later asking if I could get it in yet, and was told no. Landmark did nothing to assist even with a car that had been sitting in the garage. After reaching out to Lincoln because my Aviator had been sitting in the garage for a month, Lincoln had me take it to Schomp. The week after getting it back from Schomp, the replaced transmission was also not driveable, When I tried to schedule again with Landmark, it was going to be another four weeks to get an appt. This vehicle has only been driven 200 miles in the past two months due to an transmission that downshifts so hard you think you have been rear ended. Want me to post some videos? Also - I changed the air filter at 25000 miles, and it was filthy black at that time. It did not get that bad in 3000 miles. Someone was just checking boxes off without doing the work. I had asked several times why things were not working, why I kept getting messages about going into deep sleep mode the first few days I had it, and received bogus replies. The battery was bad when I took possession of the Aviator, so another checklist item was BS. The battery was replaced in Pennsylvania when the Aviator stranded me there - and then took four days to get a battery. It was amazing after it was finally replaced - all of the messages stopped, the Aviator started to lower upon approach, stop/start started to work after battery was replaced. All of the things I asked Landmark about and was blown off.
ORIGINAL - My recent purchase at Landmark was extremely easy. Everyone we worked with (and a big shout out to Mike F) was very personable and made our experience exceptional. No pressure during the sale, and no pressure in the finance office. It was simply amazing.

Consider passing on a Lincoln and Landmark Lincoln for a premium vehicle, sales and service experience. The quality and reliability does not compare from our experience with Lexus and Acura. The inconvenience of your time and frustration overall with dealership is not really worth it.

I bought my wife’s Nautilus in 2019 bought my 2024 Nautilus last week. David Barth was my salesman. He has been at Landmark for decades and you can see why. Very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks Dave!
Service department is great! They never try to upsell. Only suggest what’s needed. Shawn is great! Whenever my car is in there he follows from start to finish.

Join me in a game of 'Never Have I Ever...: Dealership Edition'!
Never have I ever: enjoyed shopping for a car at a dealership, especially as a woman.
Never have I ever: had salesperson say, "I'm not going to lie to you. I don't know the answer but I'm going to get you one."
Never have I ever: received said answer in record time.
Never have I ever: exchanged dog photos while car shopping.
Never have I ever: bonded over Olympic storylines.
Never have I ever: had the car we wished was in stock serendipitously show up on the dealer's lot.
Never have I ever: shared succulent care tips while waiting for financing approval.
Never have I ever: genuinely had fun and liked the salespeople I bought a car from.
Never have I ever: received a hug (that wasn't creepy) to wrap the deal.
And that's because I've never been fortunate enough to work with women like Nicki and Tammy until now. Not only are they seasoned experts in Lincoln's product line and features but their passion and excitement in sharing this knowledge is contagious too.
Add in consistent communication throughout the process and getting to sign on the dotted line with Brad, a fellow Midwesterner—my husband and I couldn't be happier with how smooth everything went in getting our Aviator.
I cannot recommend working with Nicki and Tammy enough. You ladies are the best

We had a lease ending and have been working with Bob to find an answer to our needs. Bob left no stone unturned and we bought an 24 navigator. He is organized and quick to respond when I had questions. We love our 24 nav. It is truly a luxury car. Always a great experience buying from landmark!!
