Work took forever to get done. Back folding seats somehow got messed up in the shop, and a piece of trim was totally bent when I got it back. On the day I picked my vehicle up, the whole back interior piece was off and laying in the trunk. Hopefully I'm not in another accident, but if I am I won't be taking it here.

I was recommend Landmark Collision Center. In late January I had an accident with the front end of my 2015 Honda CrV, when I took my car to my dealership I asked who could they recommend to do the work to make my vehicle look new again; the advisor said " Landmark Collision" I said lets use them. Wow I am glad that I did the team at Landmark did an amazing jog. Thank you Steve and Kyle for the professionalism that you and your team showed to my car!!

This Collision Center only hires the best Technicians. Kyle and his techs always provide me with exceptional customer service and exceptional work on all of my cars. I will never trust my Lincolns to anyone else.

Jennifer and team were incredible! Always had an answer for where we were in the process with insurance and the technician. They are capable, knowledgeable, and also friendly in communication. I highly recommend them for any of your car care needs!

Landmark Lincoln collision center is the best of the best . If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation with your car I recommend going to them and working with Kyle was very professional and got our car in the body shop and out very quickly. The car looks as if nothing happened to it it really came out perfect . The car was clean on the inside and out when we got it back . Kyle kept us updated every step of the way . He made the process so easy and smooth . When it was time to pick up our car Kyle arranged to have a Lyft driver pick me up. Kyle really took care of us . Thank you for everything you did for us ! The service department was top notch as well they did the oil and tire rotation, recall and replaced my speaker so efficiently and quickly .

This was my first experience with landmark. The process was handled very efficiently including the inspection, the quote, and the communication. The repair was done when the parts were obtained on the date scheduled. The car was in their hands for about 10 days. Additional parts from hidden damage needed to be ordered and this caused an additional slight delay, and an increase in cost that was presented, and approved by me. The quality of the repairs is excellent.

I took my vehicle in as a result of my local Lincoln dealer being terrible. This dealer on the day of drop off didn't let me do a drive along, didn't let me compare my vehicle to another, and as a result left out the most important problems in my vehicle--and some that were smaller. Even the Lincoln case manager expected a ride along and was shocked when I wasn't given one.I had an appointment on the 18th of September. I have text proof that this dealership sat on my vehicle in their lot without looking at it for 2 weeks. The service manager Stefan tried to lie and say they did some preliminary work, but when I told him his technician already texted me, he admitted his lie that they hadn't even looked at my vehicle. He gave all sorts of excuses and barely any apology. When they finally started and ordered some parts, they barely communicated with me or my Lincoln representative Shane Stewart (who expressed similar frustrations). Then they claimed they had all the parts. I sent a text message, since that was the only way they would communicate (never returned calls), asking about the seat problem. They indicated it was checked and found no issue. I knew they were lying as it popped every time I leaned back. I informed them of this, and then they admitted that they found the issue--so they lied once again. Then due to poor communication, it seemed that they waited a week to order the part for the seat. Moreover, the other question I asked through text, they ignored.As a result of my vehicle being on their lot for 7 weeks in the elements (I always garage my vehicle), the battery was run down to near dead (as vehicle is acting weird), which I warned them of, and they did not respond. As a result of the long wait and unprofessionalism, while I was driving the loaner, I hit a metal piece, which caused a flat tire. Despite the fact that had the dealership not sat on my vehicle for 2 weeks without doing anything (an issue that no other dealership says they would have done), I would not have incurred the cost of replacing the loaner tire. It would have been my tire or it wouldn't have happened at all.I spoke with Ed the General Manager, and not only was he rude, unprofessional, and told me I "damaged the car" (despite it being force majeure), he would not cover the tire cost. Then when I told him that I would let people know about my experience through reviews, Lincoln, and the media, Ed took back the claim to clean my car out (at first he offered). He offered no apology for his team's terrible workmanship.When my vehicle was finally ready to pick up, when I arrived, no one greeted me. No one went through the things they did or did not fix. It took 10 minutes for someone to point me to the cashier and that was it. No follow up call either.Then I discovered that I believe they did not put the seat frame on properly as it is showing the metal pieces underneath (other Lincoln owners on a forum aren't seeing the same issue--and my passenger seat isn't quite as bad but was also likely installed incorrectly by Phil Long Lincoln). I also discovered that they broke the snap for the access panel in the back of the driver seat. So it is hanging loose. I also found they scratched the soft material on the back seat and left a lot of crumbs/etc in my car (I dropped my car off in pristine condition--it had been just detailed). I also found dead bugs in my car also. They also did not address my taillight that was loose--a problem I showed Shawn my service advisor.I spoke with the owner of the dealership who called me a liar and defended his dealership's poor customer service. He told me I would not be happy with the resolution of his dealership and ignored the rest of my emails.There were many issues not addressed, issues that even the Standard Corsair loaner they gave me was better at.Worst experience with Lincoln. Far worse than even a Kia/Hyundai dealership. Lexus and Range Rover were much better. Avoid Landmark Lincoln if you don't want your vehicle sitting on the lot, lied to, and
