LabCorp is horrible, from logistics to testing. No one should be using LabCorp especially healthcare clients. Cannot get a hold of someone to talk about problems beyond their limited options such as results, supplies, etc. I would give a zero if that is available.

Went to get a blood draw and the lobby was so packed full of people that I couldn't wait inside. They only had ONE single worker doing 2 jobs of staffing the desk AND drawing blood. These corporate medical folks are complete garbage and whittle down their working teams to bare minimum skeleton crews. It's not about medicine or helping people here, it's about abusing people to make money.I've been waiting over an hour and a half and haven't received a text and the place closes in 15 minutes.

I'm leaving a review for CSU students who are currently using the CSU Health Network services. If you can, please avoid this this lab at all costs!!! Ask your doctors to refer you elsewhere. The CSU Health Network partners up with this lab to to do tests that they cannot do internally, so blood specimens will be sent to this lab. However, as many reviews here indicate, this lab is ill-managed and just down right horrible. My personal experience was having my blood specimen sent to this lab only for them to lose the specimen THREE TIMES! I had to prepare for this lab test for several weeks before getting my blood drawn (i.e. change in medication, supplements etc). Having to re-draw blood several times and get the specimens lost by this joke of a lab is just unprofessional and evil. Choose another lab that can do their work right!

Customer service is horrible, phlebotomists are excellent. I suppose it balances out.

None of the locations have direct line for me to even find out if they could do sertain test for me. Drove to 3 different locations and 1st one couldn't do it, second one declined to do it cause they were closing in 45 min and 3rd one was closed. I spend more time driving and more money on the gas! I'm leaving this review knowing that this will not be addressed but to let other people know!

This company likes to bill minors instead of billing their parents and won't let you speak to a manager when you ask for one

Called the Parker office to make an appointment. It said press 3 to make an appointment. Then I got a message saying to go to the web site to make the appointment. So I did. I clicked on make an appointment, then location where the drop-down menu gave me only one choice - and it wasn't on Crown Crest which I know is the correct street. I looked up the address they had, and it was a residential home! Called Parker back. Waited until it said press 7 to speak to someone at the Parker location. A female answered right away and I told her my problem. She said she could not make an appointment on the phone. I said but I just told you the web site gives me the address of someone's home, it doesn't work. She said she was sorry, but she could not make an appointment on the phone! I said, OK, should I go to that residential address? She said I could just walk in. I said I didn't want to walk in because I'd been there when there's a line down the hallway! She said that was all she could tell me because she's not an IT person!! I hung up and called corporate. Called Englewood, but got someone in Arizona. Told her the story. she asked if I would like to have her make an appointment for me. I didn't really because I didn't want to go there after the poor service I'd had, but I said I would. Afterward, I said to make sure my complaint about the Parker office was passed on and to let their IT department know about the problem. I joked that between the web problem I brought to the attention of Capital One and now Lab Corp, they should both be sending me payment! I was tired of complaining and "fixing" other people's problems. Then, to my astonishment, she wanted to transfer ME to their IT department to let them know what was wrong! I hung up. Will be telling my doctors to send me to Quest.

They agreed to send me a copy of the results to me as well as my GP at the time of the appointment so that I could bring them to a specialist and they never did. When I called customer service to find out where my test results where, the person on the phone refused to answer my questions other than to say "Call your doctor" and hung up on me. Just a terrible company to work with.
