There are only two technicians here so if you go at midday there’s only one person and you’ll have to wait for them to get done to come back to the lobby. Technician was very friendly and patient; wish Labcorp would give them more support!

After Wait 1:15 hr over appointment, they ran >$800 of wrong test, even had a paper copy in hand. No number to call LabCorp go back to doctor office, now back for a 5:15 hr wait. It will take many hours to get the $800 charge fixed.

Unhelpful and rude front desk. They also lost my lab work and I had to redo it. The girl at the front desk asked that I go to Quest next time. So she clearly doesn’t care about Labcorp either, but will take her advice going forward :)

Why would you update the hours on Google to make it look like this place was open again when they aren't? This place is temporarily closed even though LabCorp website says nothing about it

CLOSED. HOURS ARE DIFFERENT THAN LISTED AND HAVE TO CALL FOR APPOINTMENT. EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO TO LABCORP THE LOCATION IS CLOSED AND IT IS NOT POSTED ON GOOGLE. IT HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES IN A TOW. I ALWAYS FORGET WHAT A NIGHTMARE IT IS FINDING A LOCATION THAT IS STILL OPEN. I TOOK OFF WORK EARLY AND HAD TO GET THIS DONE TODAY. I HAVE NOT EATEN IN 20 HOURS FOR MY TEST. NOW I HAVE TO RUIN ANOTHER DAY AND HOPEFULLY MY DOCTOR GETS THE RESULTS ON TIME.
WHY WON'T YOU UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION? INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO THE COMMENTS...

Absolutely LOVE taking time out of my day to drive to this location, spend 20 mins fighting others for a spot in the packed parking garage, riding down the filthy elevator & going across the busy street into the building & finally finding my way to the correct suite to see there is a note taped to the door saying they are closed. Incredibly frustrating to say the least. Unbelievable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t answer their phones. Their hours are incorrect on their website. This location is also appointment only. Labcorp is pretty much the only game in town since acquiring Quest and their customer service is straight garbage.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and professional. She also did my blood work and was very good. Almost no pain and quick.

This site needs a disclaimer “due to staffing shortage you must have an appointment at this location”They need to change their telephone lines as well but once you get in they are efficient and rather painless experience
