Worst King Soopers I've ever been in. Every time I go to another one I keep saying this. This door's laid out different than every other store. No one knows where anything is none of the labels are on the aisle's right The store is a joke. I promise I'll never come back this is why I don't have a King Soopers card yuck on you

Fair prices. Good produce. Excellent bakery goods. Astounding meat prices and quality. Far out shines the other grocers. It's Kroger! Keep up the path.

Whats the point of having 5 cashiers and one manager run self checkout... that literally defeats the purpose. Specially when you're lines are backed up 10+ deep. Definitely ridiculous

Always understaffed. Always. No matter what time or what day I come. Only 1 or 2 cashiers.

Mhmmmmmmm, pretty sure we saw a worker get bitten by a bat…… Crazy, hope that worker is fine.

1 star is too many! The fact that there are no checkers anymore, and yet prices are at an all time high baffles me. The self check with the conveyor belt that your food is required to be carried down is filthy, the scale was so clouded up with who knows what. It makes me sick, I will go miles out of my way now to shop ANYWHERE but Kroger from now on!

**** I'd give 0 stars if possible **
Went to customer service desk at 9am to a brunette "manager" telling me very rudely that the "damn service desk" was closed. Although she was currently helping a customer.

As a blind customer, it is appalling when I ask for assistance at the counter to help me shop, since Kroger and other companies refuse to have Braille on their product, packaging etc, and I received no help after waiting more than 5 minutes. If it takes you more than 5 minutes to get somebody to come and help me, that's just piss poor customer service.

4 days ago, I shopped at this store. I was in a hurry and since I have a hidden disability, I needed assistance. I decided to go to the self check out area on the North side. As I was about to show my disability card and ask for help, she stated she won't help because its not her job and for me to go to a regular register. I asked her what her name was and she stated Debra. She was very very rude. I got frustrated and went to the other self check out area on the South side of the store. I asked the clerk for help and showed her my disability card. She was very nice and extremely helpful. She understood the reason I was at the self check out and the reason why I needed help. Her name was Kim. (Thank you Kim for your kindness and understanding that not all disabilities are visible) (Debra, you need to have compassion for people with disabilities. You are a disgrace and should be taken off the register area and put in an area that doesn't involve helping others. I suggest stocking)

This King Soopers is limiting what employees can have on the floor INCLUDING WATER! Not only is this incredibly messed up but feels like a labor violation and lawsuit in the making. I hope that management sees the cruelty of this policy. You may be asking how I know this detail? Management in all their wisdom (sarcasm) put this new rule on a PUBLIC whiteboard right next to check out. If whoever put the notice up can't see how bad the optics are, they should probably be fired. I want the wonderful employees of this King Soopers to have access to everything they need to continue to do their jobs as well as they have been and this policy goes against what I want as a customer!

Today I had really amazing help both Kim and Kristen ( I hope that's her name but she had a kingdom hearts shirt on). I struggle with horrible social anxiety, but both the two of them never made me feel bad for asking for help, and was able to get my groceries quickly and efficiently with their help. I hope when i come back I can see them again.

I love this place it’s amazing. I left it 4 stars because the staff are always smoking on their break but it’s fine but let’s get to the good part. The staff are really nice and help you out with finding stuff and self checkout unlike Kim, Kim is a not kind women I don’t know if she quit or got fired because she sure is crazy, I saw her yell at a women once because she didn’t take her groceries out of the cart? She was throwing the produce into the cart and it was all crazy and she yelled back at that poor women “MERRY CHRISTMAS” and laughed. I was next in line but went to self checkout. But this was ages ago. I still have good experiences here and it’s really nice. And gas here is low and so are the prices i swear and once we saved like $20 with like our card and stuff it’s nice. But I recommend the location but not Kim, definitely not Kim. Please fire Kim. We don’t want Kim. Please. No more Kim.

Bought a few items yesterday. Not as much as planned so when I went through self check out, I still had 2 of the 3 bags empty in my cart. Told their maching no bags, and it refused to conyinue until I waited on the clerk to clear.
This man wandered over, asked how many bags, despite the fact that the one was sitting beside him. There were two, empty in my cart. Then he actually brought up the video recording of my transaction, scrolled through the entire thing, to verify I was not stealing a 10cent obviously used paper bag!!!
Never again!!!! Walmart here I come!
