Pharmacies are often slow and impersonal. I had great experience with the pharmacist today doing vaccines, updating our paperwork, working efficiently and accurately. I appreciate their dedication to their work and good customer service.

I’ve used this pharmacy for over a year and the staff is always friendly, and helpful finding discount cards for medications.

Not sure about the other bad reviews but I just had my first visit with this pharmacy and it went well! The pharmacist who helped me was patient and friendly. She helped me set up auto refills and text message alerts since I had just transfer my Prescriptions here. Will definitely be returning!

WORST PHARMACY EVER DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Should have stayed closed. Wait times exceed 30 minutes to pick up a script.

There's no reason to harass me as I'm going out the door asking if I need those items obviously I didn't that was embarrassing

Cleoria was the most helpful, kind, and hilarious person ever. She was super helpful in transferring my prescription from another pharmacy, and was an absolute delight to meet in person. The pharmacist that was there was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, my prescription was $215 at Walgreens, and $14 here at King Soopers... That's reason enough to come here.

I hate writing this, because there are a few employees who work here who care and have been super kind. However, my husband and I have had a terrible experience here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this pharmacy. My husband has now gone a week without a medication you are NOT supposed to take a break from and they had no explanation. He got three different answers and no offer to help nor an expected availability date.We got the run around from one certain employee who just wanted to leave for the day and that was the last straw.Unfortunately, this is the 5th+ time our prescriptions have gotten messed up at this pharmacy. There is no consistency and 0 expectation to have your prescription on time. Sometimes, prescriptions will literally go missing and no one will tell you what happened.Do yourself a favor (and save yourself hours of your time) and just pick up your prescriptions somewhere else.

I've used this pharmacy for almost 2-years and it has taken a nose dive in terms of ease of service and customers service as vaccinations have been rolled out at this location. In addition, I've had a series of very negative interactions with the pharmacy staff (losing prescriptions called in and being extremely rude). I'll be changing to a different pharmacy and I would recommend the same to anyone curios about this location

25 minutes on hold this morning to put in a prescription refill. Now standing in line for 27 minutes to pick it up with no hope of getting it any time soon. Only one person working. C’mon King Soopers, staff your place. Especially since you are also giving the vaccine. I may have to walk away without my prescription because my lunch break is almost over. I feel bad for the person that has no help.
