My 84 year old grandpa was hospitalized due to an irregular heart beat and blood pressure. The doctor called a rush prescription to the pharmacy. They did not fill it that day and when we came in the next day because his blood pressure began to rise to dangerous levels so we went back to the pharmacy desperately trying to get the medication. The pharmacist scolded my grandma saying that they need to call if it’s a rush and that it won’t be ready till the evening. I explained they did call and he was hospitalized and needed it. She got it ready in 20 MINUTES. And she scolded us again saying we should have called even though we knew the doctor did and the doctor called this morning as well prior to our arrival. Knowing how serious the medication and his age was awful and a lack of human concern.

I was waiting at the window about 10 minutes from the staffs lunch so I understand I cut it close but the second I pulled up the girl slammed the drape shut on me that says “closed”. So she saw me coming and slammed it shut to avoid helping me. I really needed this medication and she refused to help me because she wanted 10 extra minutes before her actual lunch. This location has the rudest staff who apparently will slam the door on you.

I am a long time customer and have always been satisfied with King Soopers products and services. I am giving this poor review because King Soopers fired an employee for doing the right thing - documenting a theft. The employee should have been rewarded, not fired. I am now considering shopping at the competition.

I have been shopping at the Federal and Bellview store for 30+ years. It seems that now they are focused on selling wine and beer. They rearranged the store to accommodate large quantities of those. They no longer have significant staff and they no longer make take-home meals daily. The area that makes fried chicken is not operating anymore. I don't know if it's permanent, but clearly showing a downturn at this location.

This king soopers is awesome! Great staff and always stocked (at least the best they can be). This is my regular store and the staff actually say hi to you if they recognize you. It's one of the better stores I've been to. Also, it says a lot that the carts are always available and there's people in each department. Great job guys!

the service at the butcher shop is atrocious, but not as bad at the Starbucks inside, when this guy told me he would charge me extra for asking for a splash of milk in my tea, nasty attitude, he actually said "he didn't care and that he was just there temporarily" from another shop.I guest this what Kroger and KS is coming to, no care about customer care, I'll spend a couple more buck and go to Wholefoods instead.

pretty good King Soppers on the corner of Bellview and Federal in the Littleton area. Its set up basically the same as all other King Soopers that Ive been in. I always like to come to the hot foods section to grab a quick lunch or to the bakery for some afternoon treats. Check out was fast and friendly and when I stopped at the front service desk, the lone employee was accommodating and professional. Good experience all around.

Last week I went to this location because I was on that side of town. Not my normal location. The cashier, Derek, was the rudest person I have met. When I got to the register, the older woman in front of me had loaded all of her grocery on the belt except her bottle of water. I started loading my stuff on the belt, a couple feet back to give her room to put her water up. When she was paying the cashier said to me "Are you buying her groceries?" I said, "what?". He said to back up and give her space. I told him I am back 5 feet and there is not other place to go. He continued to chastize me about "crowding her". I asked for a manager. When the manager came to the register he tried to whisper to her so I told him to tell her out loud what happened so I could hear. He walked away. The manager apologized to me. The woman that was in front of me was so concerened she stayed behind and told the manager that he was out of line and that I was not anywhere near her. She told them twice that he was wrong. Not sure what this guy's problem was but he should not be dealing with the public. Will not be going back to that store.

Had a prescription for over a day with no updates then when I called left on hold for 15 minutes told there was still no update then placed on hold another 5 minutes to say they don’t have it in stock and to call somewhere else.

Scheduled a flu shot which was recommended by an associate in the pharmacy. Upon arriving early for my shot, the signage was not clear as to where to check in and I was not standing in the correct spot to be helped while other customers who arrived after me were being helped. The pharmacist directed me to the correct line but I had to go to the back of the line which was frustrating.

The pharmacy is a mess. I always have to hold my breath that they will fill my medications. I called them in yesterday, called in this morning and was told they would all be ready after 2. Got here at 3 and was told one prescription wasn't filled and it would take another 20 minutes to get it filled and did I want to wait or come back? I just don't understand why it's so hard to just fill my prescriptions. More often than not it's a hassle. Multiple times they've said I have no refills left when I know I do and then I have to get my doctor to hound them to fill it. It's like pulling teeth. You can call ahead of time, call day of, call right before and it will be a 50/50 on if your medication has actually been accepted and filled. I'm sure the rest of the store is fine. But this marks the 3rd time I'm sitting in a hot car, waiting 20 minutes for my meds.

Please for the love of god pay your employees more and hire more people. Never open. Takes days to fill prescriptions. When I ask for them sooner they yell at me about how busy they are. Obviously everyone that works here is overworked and miserable and they take it out on the customers. Stop being greedy King Soopers.

I've been shopping else where and saving roughly 150-200 a month for a single guy. Couldn't be happier as all of the Soopers in the area are garbage anyways.
