Their listed prices do not reflect the final price because they upped charge you at the cash register. Like another $8 on top of the shelf price.

Went maybe 2 weeks ago for the first time bc I was just in the area - spent under $7. Just got a charge for $19 yesterday while I was out of town with the card in my pocket. Awesome
