2:30 AM and fire alarm went off! Jumped out of bed and since I’m new here I didn’t realize it was the whole building! Piercing noise lasted almost 30min. Not staff’s fault obviously but owners need to have a better and quicker plan in place for when something like this happens. Needless to say, we know at least the alarm works!

The property and tenants seem nice, but the staff is understaffed and rude.We drove 60 miles to view a few more places and were prepared to sign a lease, however, the staff would not take time to spend with us despite us having an appointment. The staff does not answer phone calls, despite having a concierge. Also, we saw numerous doors propped open, allowing local homeless to access the tenant's front doors and vehicles.

Let me start with the amenities – It's a place that will impress all your friends. The gym and pool are my go-to spots to stay active. The garden is a little hidden gem, and I love watching it change with the seasons. The final unspoken amenity is that the super nice King Soopers grocery store next door. The time saved from going to the grocery store alone makes Kent Place wonderful. Now, onto the units – they're really nice. I never hear my neighbors, which is a rare treat in apartment living. Finally, The staff are the heart of the community. They try really hard to create community with all the great events and it's reassuring to know that there's always someone available downstairs when you need assistance. That's a level of service that's hard to come by in a city like Denver. Lastly, I want to give a special shoutout to Mary, our lease agent. She was fantastic in walking us through the buildings, showing the amenities and made moving here a breeze.

Lived here for almost 4 years and have been loving it. Can't beat the walk to the grocery store. Management and staff are helpful and responsive to maintenance requests. Thanks Kent Place!

We had to move within 3 months due to the heavy exposure to smoke of all types--vape, marijuana, hooka, and cigarettes. The manager changed 3 times in the time we were there. The entry from the garage to the B building elevator was filthy. The locker rooms were used by people walking in off of the street. No security. Weekends were wild. Great potential, nice ammenities, but going downhill fast. That was an expensive mistake as we had to forfeit $3400 and pay moving costs again.

Units are incredibly nice, staff has always been very nice and helpful. Biggest downside for me is for some reason the entire building is basically a deadzone for any phone service. I can't even call my roommate if we're not in our unit together. I have absolutely no service in the gym, parking garage, main lobby, etc. which has resulted in a lot of frustrating moments. Other than that though it's been a great spot and would recommend.

Nice place to live. There's a nice little courtyard with garden plots if you're into gardening. They hold monthly events & food trucks. I also like how well maintenance works when there is any issue in your unit. They seem pretty efficient. The only thing that's a bit annoying is how long it is taking them to get the golf simulator fixed.

We’ve lived here for a year now and it’s been great. We toured other apartment complexes in the area but this one was by far the best, mainly because of how big these units are. Being in a roommate situation we loved that our unit is a split floor plan, huge bedrooms for our king beds, huge walk-in closets, a giant bathroom with double sinks and separate shower/tub, a separate laundry room that’s not a stackable w/d, celling fans in every room, and lots of lighting and windows.Pros:Location- Having King Sooopers right outside the building is the best thing ever. Great central location for both residents and guests who like to visit. Ample guest parking!!Amenities- The gym is never busy and it has a lot of good equipment to get a good workout in. The dog park is great and having areas to let your dog off the leash is really cool. We’ve met so many people and fur friends in the dog park. The heated pool and rooftop area are both really fun to hang out at in the summer.Overall a beautiful complex inside and out. The windows and overall construction of this place is high quality and blocks out a lot of the road noise from Hampden and neighbors.Staff - everyone who works here is very friendly and their maintenance team is very quick and helpful when you need them.Cons:The demographic here is definitely an older crowd. With the exception of a few “Karen’s” everyone is super kind but the social gatherings and events sometimes feel like you’re in a nursing home hehe. I guess the pro to this would be that’s probably why the amenities are never busy. Both me and my roommate have had our cars broken into in the parking garage but unfortunately that seems it’s going to happen no matter where live. These incidents suck but regardless Ive always felt safe here and there’s no suspicious activity that we see day to day that makes us feel otherwise. The common areas seem like they’re ideal for working or studying on a laptop but I get very poor or none at all cell service and there’s no common area Wi-Fi you can connect to so basically you can’t use internet without using one of the desktops.A lot of the long term residents say this place is not what it used to be but for us newbies I think it’s been an awesome apartment experience and the management seems to have a lot of updates and improvements coming soon we’re excited for!

I wanted to clear something up I was doing reviews of harbor freight and golden wok this morning and I put my phone in my pocket and got a notification. I didn't intend to do s review of Kent Place but if I did I would say it's a very nice property. I enjoyed working there.

I really enjoy living here, I would highly recommend friends and family to move here. The style of the apartments is very luxurious as well as the amenities. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in on my own, and I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice then making Kent Place residences my home. ?

Very expensive. Outdated amenities. Double charged for garage and storage for months and it took a long time to receive a refund once I notified them. My floors were trashed when I moved in. A year later, still not fixed. I just received a nasty eviction letter from Aiden as something was wrong with my December auto payment. After paying rent for an entire year via direct withdrawal, I would have expected an email, a call, a knock on my door informing me there was a mix up. No walkability. With the exception of Aiden, the front desk staff and security are very friendly and try to be helpful.Happy to be leaving in 17 days!
