We’ve done a ton of business with John Elway Chevrolet. Probably more than anyone to be honest. We’ve bought over 20 vehicles and have them all serviced there. The sales and the service have been great, but not the collision center.One of our Malibus got into an accident and it took over six months for them get our car repaired. Long enough that GM had to step in and get on them and also reimburse us for car payments we had to make while our car is out. (That’s right, if your car is with them for more than 30 days, you can contact GM and start a claim against this place and they will reimburse you for your car payments while your car is with them). While our car was with them it was impossible to contact them without physically going in as Todd is impossible to get ahold of on the phone or email (he hardly knows how to use a computer anyway so I’m not sure how he has his position.Then one of our trucks was in an accident and it took months for it to get repaired as well and one of the service writers Chris couldn’t even tell if some of the damage on the frame was structural or cosmetic. When he told us this frame damage was just cosmetic and I asked for a written statement saying that, he said he wanted to look at it again and we couldn’t get ahold of him for months again. Not to mention every time we spoke to Chris he would be condescending to myself and my wife. We now have the truck back and it is far from being in preexisting conditions which progressive stated it needs to be in. The truck is literally unsafe to drive with all the damaged front end parts that are still under the truck and the body lines don’t match up at all. Nothing about this experience is professional at all. Now we have to take our truck elsewhere to get the front end redone structurally as well as the body parts to line up the way they should.

Horrible people to work with, it’s like pulling teeth to contact them. They are all extremely rude in the collision center and they act so busy. I’m pretty sure every other profession is just as busy as you are but you do not have to treat people like garbage. I recommend this place to absolutely no one.

Todd and Chris have done an amazing job repairing my VW Tiguan after 2 recent accidents (we were hit by distracted drivers)—The Car was repaired beautifully and they advocated for us with insurance companies on hidden damage. HIGHLY recommend them !!!!!!Service: Painting

So I bought a 100k Corvette here and am completely satisfied with the sales department. The body shop however, has some issues. The headlight was misaligned from the factory and caused the paint in that spot to bunch and crack away. It took 5 months of asking before they could get me in to fix it. No problem there, I understand how busy shops can be. Turns out that maybe I should have taken the hint and gone elsewhere. They fixed the headlight alignment and paint to my satisfaction. They also left a few scratches on the plastic window guides and my door sill. I can understand a minor scuff....one. There are many and one in the very distinct shape of an N. Plus a very aggresive scrape on the door sill. I get in an out of this thing pretty often and Ive never moved fast enough or hard enough with any type of shoe or boot to leave anything resembling this type of scrape. These are minor things to most but they appear to be done on purpose. That, I cannot tolerate on my 6 month old 100k car with 2k miles. Again, I love the new car sales department but the body shop doesnt seem to care.

I took my Camaro in for a routine oil change, and it was done quickly and without incident. Their waiting area is very nice, and Deneen in particular made the experience very pleasant and easy. Thank you!

Had a good experience here. Brought my car in to have a door replaced. It took at least 3 months to get the door because of a back order, but when it did come in! It was damaged unfortunately… So I had to wait another few weeks. After that it was repaired at the most competitive rate that I could find in my area. As well as I’m very happy with the quality of the repairs.

I've called them to repair my car they said we ordered your parts but after one month the parts was not there, they're just lying and want you to wait for unspecified time very poor ,dont ever try to reapair you car here.

Very poor mechanic service, I will stop going there with my Chevy. Had my car for a total of 4 days (3 seperate trips in for same rattle issue) and they couldn't figure out that it was a common ball joint replacement. Midas had it dx and resolved in one day. Lost my confidence Chevy Broadway.

I couldn't get through to anyone regarding repairs to my car. Very frustrating. They upgraded their phone system which puts you directly into a voicemail box that is full so your not able to leave a voicemail. I ended up going to a different repair shop to have my car repaired.

My car was fixed at the body shop. Took forever to get it done. When I got it back the bumper was not aligned correctly also bumper hanging off. Took it back all the did was try to glue it back. Glue held for a couple days bumper hanging off now. Took to a different shop, they showed me that Elway Chevrolet were cutting corners by using old parts that were busted. The clips that held the bumper were busted. Do not take your car here, their work is sub par.

The coordinator, or whatever they're called, quit or got fired and they never finished the repair. Missing a seat release and two dozen or so clips holding various trunk pieces in place. Went back twice. Half hearted apologies, said they couldn't find the parts, or didn't know if they were ordered, or if they received them but didn't know what car or customer..... and never a call back to finish the job.
