Researched and reviewed a vehicle I was looking for and the only one within 200 miles of Cheyenne was in Denver. Sophia was perfect to deal with and John Elway Chevrolet had a really good price. Their trade offer was good as well. One of the easiest dealership experiences I've ever had with Sophia and John Elway Chevrolet...I'd make the drive from Cheyenne again!

From the time I walked in I was taken care of. Met the lovely front desk gal that connected me with Trevor in sales. He was patient and showed me a few different silverados. Ended up with a 1500 RST and love it! Would highly recommend getting your next a Chevy here and ask for Trevor. Way to go Elway team!

the two sales rep who worked with me were cool & friendly, but my experience test driving the car makes me doubt much of what they say about 152-point inspections etc.i went to see this 2019 Subaru Impreza last week and from the start, i noticed a loud belt rotating sound from the engines when i opened the hood. i mentioned it to the rep and he remarked, aren't Subarus usually louder? no ... i had a 2011 Legacy and it was rather quiet. but i got in the car and took it for a drive. all was fine, but when we were idling at a red light, the rep and i noticed a very loud helicopter sound coming from under the hood. it was extremely alarming and i had to pull over to the nearby parking lot where i took this video. i felt so uncomfortable and disappointed that i quickly called an Uber to go home.maybe this one somehow didn't get to go through inspections like they thought? i don't get how such a noticeable thing would get overlooked. but it was a pretty awful test drive experience, especially after being preached to on how great the dealership is with inspections, safety, protection etc. hopefully you'll have better luck here.

Communications was awful. I dropped the van off on Thu 14 Sept. I heard nothing about the repairs or an estimate for 5 days. Every time I called, I was on hold for at least 15 minutes (at which point, I hung up and tried later). On Tues 19 Sept I was able to speak with Cheryl. She told me that the van had not yet been looked at because the technician couldn't start it. He was unaware that the unlock button on the remote control needed to be pressed in order to start. Why did they not call earlier with that issue?? On Wed 20 Sept, after several attempts, I was able to talk with Cheryl again, She emailed the estimate to me and I approved 3 of the 5 repairs on the order (online). I then tried to talk to Cheryl, but I was on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally called her direct cell phone number and left a message that I wanted more information re one of the repairs. I never heard back from Cheryl the remainder of the week. On Friday I called again to find out status. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I finally was connected with Chris. He told me the van would likely be ready on Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, Chris contacted me that the van would be ready to pick up after 3:30 pm. I could not pick it up before 4pm closing, so I replied to Chris that I would pick it up on Monday morning. On Monday 25 Sept at 10 am, I went to pick it up. It took about 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and pay for the repairs. I then had to wait until 11 am before the van was handed over to me. Too much waiting and very poor communications on the Service center. If I hadn't initiated the calls, I might still be waiting for it to be looked at!

Every member of the team involved with my experience was helpful and made the process easier than I expected. Jason made sure I got what I needed and wanted without pressuring me into making a decision that I would regret. I am very satisfied with my decision and believe I made a great investment into my future.

Had a dead battery in my car. Charged it, drove directly to my favorite dealership of many years. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and that their service dept was booked solid for the next two weeks. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Ended up going to Grease Monkey, they changed it on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Will have to rethink buying another car with Elway.

This Stealership is AWFUL!!!! I ordered a part on Friday that supposedly was being delivered Monday, I can't get a hold of anybody Monday and Tuesday they call to tell me it's still hasn't been ordered!!! I spent the last 3 days in a hotel room due to this dealership's incompetents and all I get is I'm sorry!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

If I could leave **** stars, I would. Every person in this dealership was an angel **** from above. I leased my truck from *****, the absolute worst dealership possible. When I tried to buy out my lease, every person in there did all they could to cheat or ******* me. Everyone was **** & rude, completely unhelpful, thus, if I had to turn the truck in I would have driven it back to ** to return to keep it out of their hands. Almost the same treatment at Stevinson but there was one pleasant but unhelpful swindling salesman.Last ditch effort was Elway Chevrolet. From the moment walking in we were treated like a ************* We had the most wonderful salesman, *************************, New and GM Certified Pre-Owned Professional, who waited on us hand & foot. He was extremely efficient, upbeat, super friendly & kind. He offered us drinks while we waited - never once offered water at the other dealerships. Please understand that this was a complicated deal because neither of us had the best of credit or income but after leasing or buying 3 trucks, 2 SUV's and a Corolla with GM and never missing a payment or had any late payments, even through Covid, they were the only ones who took that into consideration. We were approved for the loan!It may have taken 5 hours to work out the details but honestly we would have waited 3 times as long, A true gentleman, *****************, Finance Manager, who was amazing and fast, & wonderful to talk to, worked out the payment details which included the best warranty that were perfect for us. Last but certainly not least was **********, Preowned Vehicle Sales Manager, who worked on this deal along with a GM financial VP, sadly whose name we don't know as we didn't get a chance to meet but can't thank you enough for your positive input.Other employees helped us many times in different ways. One gentleman (wish I knew his name) helped me figure out the coffee machine - coffee was the best - please share the brand!Elway is lucky to have ALL! TU

I bought my first car yesterday! Ethan and Tony were AMAZING.Ethan listened to my needs and helped me find my dream car quickly - he assured me the price was the best, made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase and walked me through everything with kindness and care. Tony - the finance wizard! I was nervous going in because I had some issues with my credit a year back and I'm still rebuilding. I knew I probably wasn't going to get the best rate but Tony made it happen and then some. I couldn't be more happy and thankful I walked into John Elway yesterday. I have my new dream car and I feel at peace and proud with my financial decision.Ask for Ethan and Tony :)

John Elway Chevrolet is the silver lining after a horrible debilitating accident totaled my car. I went to three deadlier shops looking for a specific used Tahoe and the service from financing to sales was absolutely perfect. Today, I came in for my first scheduled maintenance and was so pleasantly surprised with the level of service. My greeter Deneen was so friendly and informative. My wait time was significantly less than I have had at any other dealership. April helped to check me out and made sure I didnt trip over anything as I walked with my cane through the showroom. They even brought my car around closer for me and turned on the AC, opens and closed the door for me and wished me well. So very I pressed. After a horrible experience buying another Tahoe at an unnamed dealership, my fiancé has been dreaming and considering a new corvette. We won't go to any other dealership to buy it! You won't regret buying from John Elway!

You have been warned, run as fast as you can from this place. The sales center is fine, which really sucks. We bought our suburban here brand new and everything with that went very smoothly. They deserve 5 stars.The service center is the worst! I have lived in other states and this service center needs to fire everyone and get people who want to work or know what they are doing. Every time I try to call and make a service appointment since purchasing my suburban last year I never get anyone on the phone. I always either have to leave a message and hope someone calls me back or I need to harass the sales department. It's always a nightmare. I have really only been there for basic oil changes and a few warranty services. This last time I went will be my last!!I brought my suburban in for a oil change and my windshield wiper pump went out. Made a appointment for that, then upon picking up and leaving my check engine light started to appear and my onstar was not working causing my "My Chevy" app not to work. I called them and once again service did not answer so I had to bug sales. They got someone to help me and told me there were no appointments available for weeks!! They did tell me I could just drive down there and drop it off. I ended up doing just that. Upon arrival, there were hardly any cars being dropped off and by the looks of it they didn't seem busy. The service guy seemed very irritated and unfriendly. They did the intake on my vehicle and I let him know it was ok if it took a few days. Upon dropping off there was no communication on there end. A simple text or call to say "hey we haven't looked at your car and it might take a day or so" would have been fine but instead that wasn't happening. I would text at the end of the day and the first text was very dry and basic "still waiting to get it looked at". I was fine the first day, then the next day I text again"still waiting". There were zero time frames and finally I was getting concerned so I called, which good luck calling!! They said they would call me back!! They never did!! Then I call again and they stated there were 5 cars in front of mine. What does that mean?!! Communication sucked and no regard to anyone but themselves. Also, mind you they are all sitting around chatting to each other or on there phones. I should also mention not one person asked if they could help me when I picked up my vehicle. These people do not care!! I decided I was done and I did not want them touching my car. I ended up picking up my suburban and took it to Ed Bozarth in lone tree. They were great! Got it diagnosed and they figured out the issue within a hour, and upon arrival that place was busy!! They still helped me, we're nice and communicated with me. I really hope this place reads the reviews and takes things seriously because they are going to loose customers and I can assure you I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Run don't walk!! They don't deserve anyone's business.

My daughter went to John Elway Chevy to buy a car today and she was treated top notch from beginning to end. I especially want to send a huge thank you to Tony Gomez for going above and beyond and helping her get an amazing buy on her car. He took his time, researched things and provided her with an excellent deal on her 2017 Chevy Malibu. Thank you Tony for being honest and treating my daughter like part of your family. My journey purchasing the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 from John Elway Chevy wasn't just a transaction; it was an experience filled with anticipation, excitement, and a finale that can only be described as the perfect birthday present.The process started in September 2022, with Trevor guiding me through every step. "Z" went above and beyond to help me qualify for a car. It felt like a miracle was happening. She was very thorough and read thoroughly all the provided info. I gave her. Going from nothing to having something as she did her magic. "Z" goes above and beyond and shows amazing work integrity and really cares about her customers. I felt she always had my best interest and will continue to go to her for any future car buying for family or friends.
