While the sales associate was very nice, the dealership offered almost $4000 below Kelly Blue Book for the purchase of my vehicle. Here’s the deal, if you want to submit a lowball offer…that’s fine, but do not insult me with bogus claims about the dire condition of my vehicle. Zero credibility for John Elway Chevrolet and a strong buyer/seller beware warning.

I bought a used 2017 Dodge Durango R/T from here over 2 years ago with around 35,000 miles on it. We got it for around $36,000. I also did a trade in and they offer me way more than the other dealership I went to including car max. All the other dealership were offering 8,500 for my Sonata and they gave me 10,300! The only process that was irritating was the financial guy trying to get us to buy the warranty he went so long trying to convince after we declined numerous times. He even said, “everyone thinks they’re a mechanic you can’t fix it all by yourself.”(The audacity lol). But I respect the hustle. He was still kind. But overall the experience was great. The car salesmen and everything. We drove from the springs to Denver just to find the perfect car. Also our sale-man was non-commission that was a huge plus! I would recommend!

I had the best day ever @ John Elway Chevrolet. When Sophia Crusco walked up to me and told me I was not approved for the vehicle I was hoping for, I was thinking to myself, "Okay, I knew this could happen". Then when she told me the make and model of the car I was approved for, I was crushed. My heart was in pieces on the floor. It was all I could do not to run out of the lobby in tears, as I explained to her my experience I had concerning that particular car. Sophia sat and listened (actually listened) to what I was saying, and asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer, and walked away. The world around me slowed to a crawl as I waited for her to return. This time she told me that with the help of the Finance Manager, Tony Gomez, they were able to get me into the vehicle I had my heart set on. It was all I could do to not run around screaming like a contestant who just won both showcases on the Price Is Right. I have never had a team work so hard for me, ever. The entire John Elway team including the Sales Manager, Jeff Silverberg, the Finance Manager, Tony Gomez, the Internet Director, Alissa Sheldahl, and of course my Miracle Worker Salesperson, Sophia Crusco, are the most Amazing sales team a car dealership could ever ask for. I do not think my day would have ended in such a positive way had I not had them all working so hard for me. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would, Thank you.

They listened to our issue and really helped us take care of our vehicle with GM's warranty program. I will be back to buy the next family truck!

Had a dead battery in my car. Charged it, drove directly to my favorite dealership of many years. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and that their service dept was booked solid for the next two weeks. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Ended up going to Grease Monkey, they changed it on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Will have to rethink buying another car with Elway.

This Stealership is AWFUL!!!! I ordered a part on Friday that supposedly was being delivered Monday, I can't get a hold of anybody Monday and Tuesday they call to tell me it's still hasn't been ordered!!! I spent the last 3 days in a hotel room due to this dealership's incompetents and all I get is I'm sorry!!! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

John Elway Chevrolet is the silver lining after a horrible debilitating accident totaled my car. I went to three deadlier shops looking for a specific used Tahoe and the service from financing to sales was absolutely perfect. Today, I came in for my first scheduled maintenance and was so pleasantly surprised with the level of service. My greeter Deneen was so friendly and informative. My wait time was significantly less than I have had at any other dealership. April helped to check me out and made sure I didnt trip over anything as I walked with my cane through the showroom. They even brought my car around closer for me and turned on the AC, opens and closed the door for me and wished me well. So very I pressed. After a horrible experience buying another Tahoe at an unnamed dealership, my fiancé has been dreaming and considering a new corvette. We won't go to any other dealership to buy it! You won't regret buying from John Elway!

You have been warned, run as fast as you can from this place. The sales center is fine, which really sucks. We bought our suburban here brand new and everything with that went very smoothly. They deserve 5 stars.The service center is the worst! I have lived in other states and this service center needs to fire everyone and get people who want to work or know what they are doing. Every time I try to call and make a service appointment since purchasing my suburban last year I never get anyone on the phone. I always either have to leave a message and hope someone calls me back or I need to harass the sales department. It's always a nightmare. I have really only been there for basic oil changes and a few warranty services. This last time I went will be my last!!I brought my suburban in for a oil change and my windshield wiper pump went out. Made a appointment for that, then upon picking up and leaving my check engine light started to appear and my onstar was not working causing my "My Chevy" app not to work. I called them and once again service did not answer so I had to bug sales. They got someone to help me and told me there were no appointments available for weeks!! They did tell me I could just drive down there and drop it off. I ended up doing just that. Upon arrival, there were hardly any cars being dropped off and by the looks of it they didn't seem busy. The service guy seemed very irritated and unfriendly. They did the intake on my vehicle and I let him know it was ok if it took a few days. Upon dropping off there was no communication on there end. A simple text or call to say "hey we haven't looked at your car and it might take a day or so" would have been fine but instead that wasn't happening. I would text at the end of the day and the first text was very dry and basic "still waiting to get it looked at". I was fine the first day, then the next day I text again"still waiting". There were zero time frames and finally I was getting concerned so I called, which good luck calling!! They said they would call me back!! They never did!! Then I call again and they stated there were 5 cars in front of mine. What does that mean?!! Communication sucked and no regard to anyone but themselves. Also, mind you they are all sitting around chatting to each other or on there phones. I should also mention not one person asked if they could help me when I picked up my vehicle. These people do not care!! I decided I was done and I did not want them touching my car. I ended up picking up my suburban and took it to Ed Bozarth in lone tree. They were great! Got it diagnosed and they figured out the issue within a hour, and upon arrival that place was busy!! They still helped me, we're nice and communicated with me. I really hope this place reads the reviews and takes things seriously because they are going to loose customers and I can assure you I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Run don't walk!! They don't deserve anyone's business.

If I could say zero starts, I would.Service department destroyed my trucks drivetrain. Then insulted me when I offered to trade it on a new truck. My second truck also in the service department for the 3rd time in a week. Still not fixed. Seems like uneducated technicians.Can't seem to fix from going to shut down limp mode.Very disappointed, I've been a customer at elway Chevrolet for years, bought many vehicles, spent thousands in maintenance and repairs. I'll never take a vehicle back to them. Very offensive for a regular customer.
