We came in a little after 5pm on Sunday. Shelby and Armand couldn’t have been friendlier, even though they closed at 6pm. Their attitudes did not change at all when they realized my wife and I were only wanting matching Sterling Silver Bands for our 25th anniversary. We were not spending much money, but Shelby was great at helping us find exactly what we wanted. Armand was helpful and kept us laughing, he also changed my watch battery. Thank you both so much!

Christine was amazing! She was really professional, easy to talk to and listened to what I was looking for. I am extremely picky and know what I want and she listened to exactly what I was after. Christine is so knowledgeable! She was not pushy and didn’t try to get me to look at things that I was not interested in! This made such a difference to my experience in comparison to other places! Danielle also helped too and she was really pleasant too! I will be back again! Thank you! ?

Changed review from 1 star to 5. Sales fellers have come around now that it's no longer pandemic times and they fired the children working there. The experienced sales guys there are a pleasure and reminded me of why I have kept going back.

The ring and diamond purchase was beautiful. The customer service was very shifty and not transparent. Susan was courteous but misled me on all of the expenses involved and after confrontation could still not be clear

Susan was amazing!!! She spent just as much time today, with our 18 year old son when he purchased his first “real” piece of jewelry for his girlfriend, as she does with us when we make an extremely expensive purchases!
