We stayed here in the past for 3 months and it was a great experience , so naturally when it was time for a longer stay again, we booked the same place and same type of room. It’s been a terrible experience. When we got here the first day, there was feces smeared on the bathroom wall and the shower had no cold water.I called to get that fixed, they sent the cook to fix the water, which he did not fix. After 3 days of no ability to shower I moved us to a different room. This room has no water pressure, the heater doesn’t work and the carpets are torn up. All cabinets are damaged and the shower had black slime in it.I scheduled for the weekly cleaning , which they require you be out for two hours for that. I went out - for 3 hours in a snow storm and they didn’t bother to clean. I rescheduled for the next day, came back after two hours and they still didn’t clean. On top of it, half the staff has been incredibly rude , most don’t speak English which is super challenging to communicate..We’re here now and sucking it up, but this is far from a 3star hotel. My advice- don’t come here until they get new staff and renovate.

The thermostat in the room didn't work at all so we had to turn it off completely and open the windows to get it to cool down below. 80°. There was no mention of free breakfast when we checked in. Overall I would recommend someplace else.

Stayed here 4 nights. I had to change rooms twice to find one that was good enough for pictures. I lost a welcome gift for Globalists in the moving process. There were a few good things like no popcorn ceilings, Hyatt excellent bed, great AC/Heatingand kitchen appliances. Ice maker actually worked, and AC fan can stay on to block noise. This is needed since lots of large groups gather in the hallway and abnormal door slamming due to 4 to 6 people or more in the room. Was a bit like a clown car where they seem to endlessly come out the door. The breakfast was okay, but the salsa and cheese to put on egg and bacon quality made it work. Finally, the exercise room was small but all the equipment was in working order. Here is a list of approvements needed-1. Carpets in halls and rooms need shampoo or steaming and are very dirty.2. The windows, blinds, and curtains are like from the 70s, and worst I have seen in 100s of hotel reviews.3. The elevator at the front of the hotel was making scrapping noises between the 2nd and 3rd floor. Possible safety Hazzard.4. The hottub temp was 101F in middle and 97F on sides, but water was worse than any toilet and smelled like a sewer. Possible safety hazzard.5. Lights in the first rooms I had were out and why I had to switch.6. The wifi was slow and dropped connection a lot. I have to use my hotspot on my cell phone to get a better broadband connection.Overall, there are a few improvements needed to make this hotel safe and livable. The safety items listed should be fixed ASAP to avoid larger problems. Finally, there was a $10 parking fee but seemed to not be enforced, and the price would be better if it were removed or just don't pay it since the parking lot is open anyway.

I honestly think there is something sketchy going on with this location. I also feel like they dont know what they are doing. I am a Hyatt member and can count 2 women here who were actually helpful, out of the many I've encountered coming here. I was rechecked in, only to be disturbed in my sleep back to back, despite the DND sign. I had to actually call down to the desk to make sure I was checked in!! I think they knock on doors despite the sign being up to see if anyone is actually in their rooms...If not, they are still entering that room. From a professional standpoint and after traveling to different hyatt locations, I would not recommend this one if you want peace and quiet, safety and professionalism. I travel alot for work purposes, and The Hyatt place and regency are wonderful. Check those out before this one.

Room was a disaster:- tv in main living area had a shattered screen-carpet was thread bare and coming up- furniture was beat up and looked like someone had taken a hammer to it- toilet took 3 attempts to flush things down every time- shower flooded because it wasn’t sloped properly- internet didn’t work- charged me for parking after saying they wouldn’t- no trash can in the bathroom- ice maker in the freezer made rancid smelling ice- task chair was brokenNever turned all the lights on for fear of what else I might find. Worst Hyatt house I’ve ever stayed at, and it’s not even close. Hyatt corporate needs to audit this place. It gives the brand a bad name. I’m certainly going to question all other Hyatt houses because of this. Avoid this shady beat up hotel doing a poor job of masquerading as something nicer. There are too many better/nicer hotels in the tech center at the same price, or hotels of equal quality that are cheaper and won’t try to deceive you by with a name of the door they aren’t worthy of.Rooms: Falling apart at best

My daughter was staying at this extended stay hotel for 3+ months. Suddenly, her things started disappearing from her room. My daughter was concerned mostly with safety and security not for theft itself. She complained to management and got no response for weeks. And that's when even more strange things started happening.Suddenly, there was supposedly a complaint about her from a tenant. Completely false but threatening to her. Then a week later the management decided to send police to her room and demanded she leave the premises within couple of hours. Otherwise she would be subject of trespassing write-up or even arrest by police. No reason for this demand was given.Looks like hotel management decided to play dirty in order to cover up theft and undeclared visits to her room and get rid of her under false pretenses and with help of friendly police officers.Safety: Management reaction to theft complaint was not to investigate who could have visited my daughter's room but to kick her out.

Excellent location and friendly service staff. Although the gym and swimming pool are small, they are fully functional. The breakfast also changes slightly every day. I will consider staying here again next time I come back to Denver.

The last thing this location would want is a resident to write a review. We've lived here appx 12 months, so far. Spent upwards of $46,000+ to live here for the year. And I question myself as to why we haven't left, sooner. Please enjoy the list of things I've noticed about the staff, around the public areas and inside the rooms. We've stayed in 3 rooms, so far. Had to move twice -- gross.DO NOT stay in 187. They couldn't pull the dog piss out of the carpet no matter how little they actually tried to.My list was originally made for the front desk & corporate, so it's in bullet point form and not in complete sentences. Please bear with me.And we begin:The staff:No need to ask for the manager because the employees are more kind, helpful and provide better service than the general manager. Sarah ran out her best employees. They've begged certain people to come back (and they did for a week, then left again - it wasn't worth it to them & I don't blame them). There's an entirely new front desk staff every 3-6 months. Her turn-over rate is ridiculous for all staff (housekeeping, breakfast, front desk & maintenance). Nobody stays. Nobody likes their job. I feel bad for the few that are still here & putting up with bad management. And she doesn't mind giving ANYBODY a blatantly nasty attitude.Public areas:Leaking hallwaysLaundry room - (1) washer and (1-2) dryers go in and out of orderThe washers have been providing hot water when you set the cycle to cold (proclaimed water heater issues on "that side of the building") [not a frequent thing, but a recent thing]The gas grills do not work, never did.The pool was unavailable for a majority of the season. (We had to walk to the Sheraton during the summer to enjoy the pool) [when it was made available, they hadn't cleaned the pool water and - unfortunately - my children splashed in green-looking water. Their filter was broken, but they still haven't fixed the water heaters.]The jacuzzi has not been repaired for over a year (before we checked in & after) [no water heater or filters, either]The outdoor showers do not work in the pool area.No omelette for breakfast, as promised.Dog poop sitting around the building for days (courtyard and side entry doors).Inside our 2-bedroom suite:Leak in our room that led to a gaping hole in our ceiling. The kitchen sink "talks" to you when the heat or air is on.Suite B bathroom sink was cracked, then broke the second day we moved in - No replacement of our sink, which we were told would be ordered and should arrive within appx 7 months. (We have to use our own bucket to catch the water)Carpet torn and patches detached.Carpet nails exposed (if you love your socks/feet, be careful)No hot water in the kitchen for either the sink or dishwasher. No housekeeping services on a regular basis, not even a knock or check-in.Missing towel hook in suite A bathroom.Suite A only has one closet door, which is off the hinge.Sure A front room doors are falling off of the hinges and do not close/lock properly.Suite A toilet constantly runs - unless you toggle it to stop. The toilet upstairs/above also constantly runs.Couch cushions were torn, stained and miss-shaped upon arrival to the room.A swatted fly's dead body was never removed from the window. It was smashed on.You may ask me, why haven't you switched rooms? Well, when you have switched to your 3rd room in the first 2 months, you get tired of moving your house down a hall. Remember, we live here. We have more to move than just a suitcase. -- & both times we've moved, we were only given less than a work day to clean up, clean out and move because they booked the room we were staying in to someone else before we got our stuff out.. SAME DAY. I'm talking about 6-8hrs to move your whole house. Wild. Needless to say, we won't be staying here much longer & we'll definitely be more careful with who we spend thousands of dollars with.Rooms: Some are decent, many are horrible.Walkabil

There's something special about genuine people. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Steven today. Little did he know he literally made my day which started out with me in tears from having awful service given to me somewhere else. The first this I noticed when I went to check-in for my staycation was how welcoming and compassionate he was to everyone. Not the fake smile you usually get when checking in to a hotel either. He genuinely cared and was kind to everyone whether they were checking out like a couple was in front of me who he took the time to chat with and they even were praising him on his courteous nature. He literally exudes warmth and hospitality. I noticed a hand was missing a screw and the other was loose on the door in my room and when I showed him a picture just to make sure I didn't get charged for damages he offered to get me into a new room which for me wasn't necessary but very kind to offer. I will be coming back here just because of the great service he gave not only me but literally everyone else o saw him interact with.

Great staff. Great breakfast. The room was very lacking... missing many basic kitchen utensils to use the full kitchen. Eg forks, pots, dishware that can be used in oven, kitchen sponge, etc. Front desk very helpful to procure, but this stuff should already be in the room as basic amenity. The bathroom (shower) faucet very leaky which spilled significant water daily on the floor and some other hardware was off the wall laying on floor. Maintenance and upkeep need a stern review internally.
