Sierra came highly recommended by my relator Jonathan. First thing he said about her was that she was very detailed and knowledgeable and he was right! She was! My realtor Johnathan Wintersmith referred me to (Houzz Mortgage)/Garrett and D'Lorrn for mortgage quotes. I was denied by ENT credit union and New American Funding even though I had way more than enough income AND a 770+ median credit score. D'Lorrn got me approved for a 545k loan in Denver Metro Colorado but not just that.... He got me an entire percent lower than what the market interest rates are. The other banks flat out denied me refusing to even qualify me period. I highly recommend them. If you are a single female and or a minority and having trouble getting approved regardless of your success and stellar bank account and qualifications I suggest you call D'Lornn.
